I like that the staff are bilingual, they were really kind and efficient. I ordered the spicy chicken noodles and they really were spicy, it was delicious! I also ordered the California rolls and they were really good as well. Overall I’m happy with the 2 Domoishi I’ve visited so far!

This place is far cry from what damoishi is known for. Both times I’ve had my order wrong or missing item/items and just overall disappointing from this store. If you want a good damoishi restaurant go to greenbriar next to cava in Chesapeake. This is the best place for poke bowls outside of their competitors.

I would fight the entire staff of the Norfolk store if i could, waited about 30 minutes to get my food and when i finally looked at it when i got home i was insanely upset that i spent $21 on a poke bowl with around a half cup of rice and the more sauce than protein.. the store in Chesapeake is lovely and i figured i would receive comparable service. This is my first time visiting ramen noodles, we are supposed to select the broth type, there are four kinds in it Plain Shoyu, Shoyu Miso, Chicken Shoyu, Tonkotsu Shoyu from the above I can either select mild or spicy for the spice level. I have ordered Chicken Shoyu.

I don’t know y there are so many bad reviews but we always order take out poke from here and it’s always fresh and tasty this is my third order from here the crab salad is moist and yum the salmon and tuna are fresh so many toppings to choose from! The mango and avocado were perfectly ripe the crispy garlic and nori is one of my favorite toppings but u wasn’t a fan of the seaweed salad but my husband loved it. My only criticism is that the ponzu jalapeño sauce and the spicy tuna aren’t spicy but it’s okay i just added some chili flakes and sirracha I had at home

So I decided to try the wings. The first time i went and ordered ahead, it took an extra 30 mins for my food and part of the order was cold. I tried to give them another try and ordered ahead just to get there for the pickup. They tell me there are no wings. I asked for my money back and was told to call door dash. DO NOT GO HERE. Bonchon might be a little more expensive but at least they treat you right.

The service was alright. We were the only customers there and it was lunch time. My friend order shrimp and crabmeat with chicken base. I had their take on Tonkotsu. My dish was crazy salty. My eggs were previously soaked in soy sauce. Didn’t care for it. The noodles weren’t ramen noodles. They looked like soba noodles. My fish cakes were stuck together. The sliced pork and edamame was nice. It’s filling and okay. I honestly liked the drink I got *Lychee Rose* more.

I’m not a fan of bad reviews, but I’ve been here a few times. It appears to me they have a new staff and they gave me what looked like boba with water, and looked like no tea or milk in the cup. I asked the woman at the counter “is the Jasmine milk tea supposed look like this?” (I’ve had Jasmine Milk Tea before at the other Domoishi place down in Little Creek and it doesn’t look nothing what this person gave me.) and she told me “Yes it’s supposed to look like this” I told her “but it’s milk tea” and they fixed it but it tasted like nothing. I’m not planning on going here again in the near future.
