My family always has the best experience here. My husband was in a bad wreck while pulling out of this Dominos. Fortunately, no one was hurt but they replaced our order for free after learning what happened. They all provide excellent customer service and actually care about people and in today’s world that is truly a blessing.

I order from Dominoes all the time and the food is usually great. Today I noticed my order was wrong before it got here and I called to ask if they would change it because I don’t eat the hand tossed pizza only thin crust and I just paid over $26 for 1 pizza and 20 oz drink. I was told the manager said there was nothing they could do..it was already on its way out. It didn’t show up until 21 mins later and I live 6 min away from the store. I have a sick sleeping baby and I just wanted lunch. I normally don’t leave these reviews but I have spent a lot of money at this store and customer service is very important to me and should be to them especially with repeat customers. I was willing to wait for the problem to be fixed but they were not willing to fix the problem even though I am the paying customer. Now I spent $ for something I’m not going to eat and the manager says there is nothing they are willing to do about it. Awful customer service.

My son and his dad placed a order tonight at domino’s like they do alot I wanted a sladad but it didn’t have cheese on it so I called and asked if they could add cheese she said no because they wee pre-made and closed up so that was fine I asked if she could sale me a side order of cheese she said no there was no way to ring it up well I thank if I had a customer ask me for some cheese after the money we spend and have spent you would thank she could have put some cheese in a cup or something and just said its ok it is on the house but no they must be in bad way for money but I no this i won’t be back there and I beleavemy family well go some were else well to fortpayne it is just a few more miles but it is worth the drive because they done it before and I am sure they would do it again so keep your dollars worth of cheese because you all need it more in your store

Probably the best Domino’s I’ve tried. I have ordered a hand full of times since they opened and it was just as good each time.
