Waited for over an hour for my order, Watched the delivery driver drive circles around my home. Made a 5 minute drive take over 30 minutes. I’m type 1 diabetic sitting here taking a bolus for my food that said it would be here but never arrived. Ended up making my own food. If i order at 10pm I shouldn’t get my order at 1 am. Made a small order of some bread bites with their new cheese dip and an order of lava cakes for a late night treat. Order shows up and there’s no lava cakes. The driver speeds off despite being waved down and yelled at in the parking lot of a very quiet apartment complex. Tried calling the store multiple times only to be hung up on repeatedly. Open the bread bites? Half are raw and half are burnt. The cheese dip is cold. Don’t order here. Can’t even return this useless food.

First off I ordered my pizza got it and hour later cold because they claimed my trailer number wasn’t listed on the address which it was I have proof it is. Ive ordered multiple times and log in with my name never had any problems with that before. Pictures below are what it looked like after an hour. Plus the in store manager was rude and would not send a new order only wanted to give a discount off a next order totally unprofessional

This is unacceptable! My fiancé and I usually go to the one on Argonne in the valley but we were out in this area, so pizza sounded good ordered at 12:20 and it said it would be done by 12:40. Well nope it was done at 12:30! 10 min to prepare and cook one pizza and 2 pasta bowls? Yeah I don’t think so. Well needless to say we got home and our pizza was cold like out of the refrigerator cold, the bacon was burnt, that sausage was burnt, the cheese looked like it was sitting there for at least 3 hours. My fiancé decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and try it well that was a mistake. Called today and was told they can’t make a new one or anything because it was from last night and said if we would of called after we got home that we would of been able to get a new one because they are there for 3 hours after close which they closed at 1am. I was not about to drive back down town from the valley so thanks a lot for an old pizza dominos. I will not return to this one.

I think they threw the toppings and sauce on from across the room and most of them missed the pizza altogether. Pizzas were overdone and underdone. Cutting looks like it was done by a 3 year old. Really Dominoes?

Somehow my order wasn’t made when I got there. The only gal working there was very apologetic and dropped everything she was doing to get my order in right away. It was by far the prettiest, most perfectly done order I’ve ever gotten from Dominos. Including the years I worked for Dominos in Louisiana.

I ordered with the mobile app & went into the store about 1-2 minutes before the app told me it was ready. I waited in line & about the time I was at the register it was 2-3 minutes after the app told me it was ready for pick up. The gentleman at the counter checked with the staff by the oven & told me it was coming out of the oven and wouldn’t be but a second.

I ordered boneless wings and got bone in. They remade my order and still got bone in wings. Apparently they don’t have boneless in garlic parmesan. So why didn’t anyone say that at any point. I wouldn’t have wasted my time or theirs. Still hungry.
