Horrible customer service! I called and ordered at 7:07 pm and they said there was no problem delivering to my address. I even waited while the man on the phone and confirmed it. So then at 7:54 PM I get a phone call notifying me that they cannot deliver to y address (even though they confirmed rgag they could) and after waiting that whole time thinking we were going to get food. This is the worst restaurant service ever. I would recommend to anyone to go to Abby’s in Yakima or go to Westside pizza, they are top notch. Dominos lost a customer for life.

Got up this morning to finish the pizzas we ordered last night and found a whole hair impeded into the cheese on two of the slices. We originally thought it wight be dog hair but it was way to long and black and as i said it was under some of the toppings. Make sure yall check your food because that’s disgusting.

I don’t really care much for Dominos pizza but I liked being around for the vibe of the place, I’ve had a few friends that worked at this building and enjoyed coming in and ordering occasionally. Now it is an absolute dumpster of an environment. Someone who seems to be a manager, I think I’ve heard him referred to as “Matt” is always yelling and cussing right in front of customers and children which is straight up disgusting. I feel like I constantly see the staff being treated like trash by fellow coworkers, it just flat out seems like an awful place to be employed and I don’t want to endorse that sort of work space. Posting this in the hopes that a higher-up will see what’s going on and fix their store.

Yeah I called to complain about the pizza the way it worked the amount of sausage that was on it and how much I paid for it and when I got my answer from them was it’s all wet out and that’s all Anna sorry that’s all I got from them how do you think the piece of wax I think it looks terrible

Messed up our order several times. The food was decent, when we received it, but we had so many other issues. First we would pick up the pizza from the store; as soon as you confirm you arrived, they would stop the 2 minute timer but then never bring the pizza out..after 10-15 mins I would go into the store…we never got a free pizza..so that 2 minute guarantee is not followed. Then we tried delivery, and multiple times it was delivered to the wrong house..we never figured out who got our food. We would call the store and they said it was left on the porch but it wasn’t. Then if we wanted it remade we needed to re-pay and wait an hour because they were busy. We would get an email saying “sorry that delivery didn’t go as planned” but the store said it was delivered…no idea what happened. But we are done ordering.
