My experience was a little rough. Cashier was very challenged with the checkout process…or she was just really high. I don’t know but it was a little comical. So on that note the customer service was a little off. The pizza was pretty good though. Better than the competitors in the area.

I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic parmision wings last night and I’ve gotten pizza that wasn’t cooked a few times but everything was awful the wings were way more salty both pizzas were on paper thin over cooked crust which i wouldn’t order thin anyway so it just all went to the garbage

Order was hard to place. I kept asking if I needed to “pay prior” & the rep on the line didn’t know what that meant. She ended up rudely yelling “pay me now” into the phone. I told her that is what prior payment meant, but she still didn’t get it. I had to repeat my payment info several times & it was frustrating. I asked one of my kids (who lives elsewhere) to pick it up & drop it off, as my household has Covid, but they told him they didn’t have the order. I had to call back & after talking to 3 dif people I got the manager. The manager then told me that my kid should have known he would have to give my maiden name for the order?!?! Why would anyone know that??? I have been ordering from Dominos for 14 years, and I always give my first name & phone number at pickup. Then when he FINALLY was given the pizza, they were cut really sloppy & wierd (like it was a passive aggressive payback of some sort). One pizza was cut into 20 pieces & the other had 6 pieces (both were large pizzas). On top of everything they wouldn’t give my son a receipt & he tried to check the box ticket, to make sure everything was correct, but NONE of the boxes had them.
