This Domino’s is the best one I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff really cares about the homeless community and helps them out with free food all the time. Which is what it’s about. Because I hate letting food go to waste. And it’s very well priced for your money. And it’s very well speedy service and the food is fantastic

We typically enjoy getting pizza from our neighborhood Domino’s, but as of late every other order comes with some sort of defect. Pizzas don’t match our order, items were completely missing from the pizza, and the latest was our lava cakes look like they were dropped on the floor and then hastily put back into the box. We’ll still go to Domino’s, but know that something needs to be done about what goes on in the kitchen…..

I ordered a pasta meal and some bread sticks with dip. Twenty minutes later I get my pasta dish with the dip but no bread sticks. I wait an additional 20 minutes for the bread sticks, only to be told I need to pay more due to, they neglected to charge me for them initially. Good customer service would be: Our mistake, sorry about the extra wait, we’ll throw them in free of charge…

Delivered wrong items, called them back told me they will deliver right items. Waited an hour, called them back and guess what!? they NEVER put the order in!!! So now said it’ll be another 20 minutes! Told I would receive certificate for the breadsticks when they deliver them. I asked to speak with manager and told there wasn’t one in. Placed our order over 2 hours ago. Ridiculous! Wait at the store hotstop for our order. It’s not cool at all! Chick I talked to too wasn’t even that great at customer service. She wasn’t that apologetic about it.

I Love this Domino’s! The staff are always friendly and even when busy, are making sure to greet me and other customers as I/ they walk in. Who doesn’t love delivery pizza? Speed of service is great and does NOT take from quality or accuracy. Granted, things happen and IF my order is wrong (only twice-in 20 years), it is taken care of quickly and courteously. The store is clean, the employees are well dressed and always have a smile.

Never had an incorrect order. Always dealt with good customer service, delivery was always within reasonable time if not early. Very much enjoy this this store. Will always be my go to for pizza delivery, especially since I live too far out for places like Pizza Hut apparently.

I don’t have anything bad or good to say about domino’s Yeah they are better than Pizza Hut but My coupon said $11.99 But when I got the receipt it said $12.48 Plus tax does anybody know the answer to that

Can never seem to order VIA their website the last few months! There always seems to be some sort of issue! Try calling in and either no one answers the phone or they are unable to take any orders! Not sure if it is due to incompetence or severe lack of training. Because that is not the only area this Shelton Dominos falls seriously short! Before all the ordering errors and issues, did we rarely receive the correct order! There was always either something missing or things made incorrectly! When you order their Jalapeño and Bacon bread, you get neither of those items on OR in your bread! Order the spicy chicken and all you get is dry chicken with a bunch of cheese! Don’t expect your pizzas to be cut properly either! 9 out of 10 items ordered or either completely forgotten or are wrong/missing things! We have spent quite a bit of money at this location for us to always have issues! Maybe it’s a good thing their website has so many errors! Saves us from spending any more money at this place just to have a bigger headache when you try to get it corrected!!!
