We ate here last night, and the pizza was horrible and made me sick. First of all, there was WAY too much sauce, and then it was still doughy and not baked long enough. The toppings were slidding off the pizza when you tried to get a piece. Also, the Jalapeno bread was over baked and not cheesy. I’m not happy with this experience and may not eat at this one anymore. Ended up throwing out both pizzas to our neighborhood raccoons. Hopefully, they will like it. Waste of $42.00, and I have heartburn. 🙁

Don’t order from here. I decided to get pizza last night since I had been in the hospital all evening and didn’t have the energy to cook. They delivered the wrong order. I tried to call them to let them know but their phone lines kept saying they were closed. I called the store in University Place to see if they could help me, the guy I spoke to there was very nice, but he couldn’t do anything since he didn’t have access to their system and advised me to call them in the morning. After that call, I decided that I’ll just order again from the store and leave a note letting them know, thinking they’d fix it… However, they brought back my original order (about 30 minutes later), and the delivery driver was gone by the time my fiancé got to the door. The store then called me and asked if I still wanted the new order, I said no and that they can cancel it, and he said okay before hanging up. Well, today I called to see if they could maybe give me some compensation for the inconvenience. I was calm and didn’t really think I’d get anything, anyway, but gave it a shot. The manager answered the phone and I explained the situation and immediately he accused me of lying. He said that he was there and that I DID call the store and they fixed the issue. I told him that was incorrect but then he said that I needed to shut up and “stop arguing” with him or he’d blacklist me from the store. I ended up hanging up the phone on the verge of tears as he was badgering me with accusations and just overall nonessential things. Needless to say I won’t be ordering here again, and if they do blacklist me, so be it. Don’t order from here. It causes unneeded stress in your life. I’ve filed a complaint with the company. Save yourself some time and use a different location or just a different company in general.

Well, as you know for any establishment, especially a chain as large as Domino’s, personnel will change and rotate with time. As of today, and the past couple months, my pizza from here has been delicious, accurate, and quick; but not too quick, since perfection of a pizza pie takes time. I enjoy the pizza here. Please, do yourselves a favor, and order through the app. Get your points. Get your coupons.

Delivery driver went to the wrong address I tried to contact the store to let them know I can see the driver and to let them know I’m only a minute or so away and the employee was EXTREMELY rude and short with me. They refused to bring me my food and told me to come to the store and pick it up or it’s getting thrown out. I tried to ask why he was being so rude all I wanted to do was make the drivers life easier. Instead I was met with short responses like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food. I get not liking your job but it shouldn’t be at my expense. NEVER ordering here again…

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered from them online and set up the text alerts and only got the one text saying they were on the way, but 40 minutes went by, and no pizza. I called the store and they said they tried calling me, but I had the wrong phone number in my profile, but I had put the correct phone number in when I ordered. I asked if they could send it again and they handed the phone to the manager, he said no, and said that it was a rush and he has other customers who put correct information, and won’t help inconsiderate people. He was short and rude the whole time. Now I’m upset, I was calm and polite the whole time, but I’m still hungry so I try to reorder. And they cancel it. Don’t order from here.

What a terrible place. The order dropped off was not what was ordered, no one would answer the phone to try and correct it. The correct order was finally brought 40 minutes later but was cold. Called the manager today to get it comped and he called us a liar, told us we were black listed and hung up on us. Corporate has been contacted. This guy needs to be fired.

I had just ordered dominos pizza and the pizza was fine but the brownies were uncooked? I thought it would be fine since they are always gooey and so good but I was absolutely wrong about that. After I ate one in a span of minutes I started not to feel good as I am feeling nauseous. The brownies are now in the oven and are cooking so I can eat it BAKED. I’m very disappointed since the pizza was good but the brownies weren’t. If they hadn’t rushed so much my experience would’ve been better.

This is our go-to delivery pizza place! They are fast and reliable. The food is always good and fulfilling. We like to use the $5.99, now $6.99 deal/coupon.
