Ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery. 1 was completely wrong but don’t bother trying to contact the store because it’s only an automatic loop telling you about their online tracker and rewards. No option to talk to anyone and trying the customer service number was useless because the call center was closed. If you aren’t going to deliver accurate pizzas you need to answer your phones so complaints can be made and the situation rectified. Instead we had to drive to your store which completely negates trying to order delivery in the first place. Terrible customer service.

Worst, understaffed and horrible customer service. They only prioritize online orders and if you go in person, you don’t matter. Coupons? Forget it… “I can do it, i don’thave access…” is their answer. (Really?)..Or my manager says to tell people to do them online…

I have called twice and still no one is here to pick up this bag from my car. We ordered pizza last night, and the driver had the audacity open my front door without permission, while I was grabbing a pen. Like what?

Tucked away at a busy Central Seattle area. It’s great for the locals living near by to order as it’s pretty convenient to walk to and order. If you need to drive there and order, it is going to be difficult because of lack or parking.

“Quality check” takes roughly 45minutes to an hour. Then you get stone cold pizza as they don’t have delivery drivers to deliver. Per the store.

We ordered a sausage and a philly cheesesteak pizza (had garlic crust) and they were really good. Hadn’t eaten Dominoes in years. Used the app and it arrived fast and hot. Just ordered dinner again tonight. With the coupons its a much better deal than the other local pizza places.
