Saw the man working accidentally drop a box into the garbage can. He was confused and thought he lost the box. After looking around for a few minutes, he took the box that fell into the garbage and put it back on the counter for someone’s order. Also got the phone notification that our order was ready but was actually not ready for pick up for another 27 minutes. Box that fell in garbage is top one on the counter.

I rarely ever had a bad experience, in this Domino’s Pizza. And the pizza in here is better than other Domino’s I have been too, in the past. On a typical Domino’s parking delivery day, me and my grandma order a medium pepperoni pizza, a soda, and the parmesan bites. Almost all of the food me and my grandma have gotten in here is amazing. However, there is a LOT of grease in this food, but that is probably the typical Domino’s Pizza food. The only bad experience I had in here was with delivery, and that was in 2017. So, that doesn’t count. Despite the fair service and the amazing food, the only reason why I didn’t rate this place 5 stars is because of the location. Even though my experiences with this place NOW is rarely involved with the location and the parking, there is still no excuse for this awful location and stressful parking. When me and my grandma used to park around here, all of the parking spots were failed, the it was a cluster of cars. This place should either make a new parking lot, or should relocate. Despite that, this Domino’s Pizza is really good.

I’ve been ordering here for 2 years, and I’ve been pleased 99% of the time. The staff have all been incredibly nice. I’ve had a missed item and a strangely made item, once each, and they were super quick, and very cool, to fix everything when I call. Bummed about the price increases recently, so I don’t think I order it as much as I used to.

Order pizza here tonight, the customer service was horrible. The driver wouldn’t stop yelling at us and told us he was taking the pizza back to the store because he couldn’t locate our building. Very rude, very UNPROFESSIONAL, very unreliable and untrustworthy.

This location is hit and miss on their food quality though in my most recent visits the consistency and quality has been better. My main issue with this location is that they seem to cheat the Domino’s Car Side Delivery Guarantee. I’ve had several occurances with this location doing Car Side Delivery where I mark here on the app once the order is ready and an employee will mark it as being brought out but they don’t actually bring it out within the guaranteed 2-minutes. I totally understand being busy, however, by doing this they are going against the company guarantee and therefore customers are not getting their 60 Piece of the Pie points owed for waiting longer than 2 minutes. In some instances I’ve had to go in to get the order because it’s been so long and I can see an employee having several opportunities to step aside quickly to run our order out.

Worst customer service. Pizza was missing onions and few other toppings. One of the employee was ready to make a replacement but the store manager was so rude and didn’t allow him to make a new one though it was their fault.
