Two of our pizzas were under cooked. One to the point where we had to put it into the oven and cook it. They also couldn’t cut them into normal slices. Would not recommend.

We ordered two 8 piece garlic parmesan wings with our order and the wings were soggy and slimy. We had also ordered a 2 liter coke and when we got there they said they didn’t have that but we had already paid and they would not give our money back for the soda they didn’t give us, they just tried selling us on a diet coke and nothing else so we didn’t end up with the drink or our money back. We also, on another occasion, had ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza and the pizza was undercooked and absolutely flavorless.

I called my local (Covington) Dominos and asked for 2 large pizzas (1 – stuffed crust pineapple & pepperoni & because its how my son wanted it and the other regular pan of mushrooms & sausage) with an order of spicy wings. she asked me if I wanted sauce I said no, just spicy wings.

Worst customer service ever. I been their regular customer they messed up my order. Hand tossed pizza seems like thin crust. I used to work at pizza restaurant I know how to make/bake pizza. Seems liked they used 12 inch pizza dough to make 14 inch pizza. I called them their manager said, they are not liable for that.
