Worst Pizza I’ve ever been delivered. No cheese, pepperoni is burnt! I wouldn’t even feed to my dog! Checks and balances, they don’t exist. Way to go Dominos! Off to Poppa Johns!

I really hope that this location can turn its service around. We placed an order at 6:45, tracker said it was being prepped for an hour, called the store at 7:45 and got a very short/rude response about it being on its way, tracker said it was then placed in the oven? We call again at 8:15, another rude employee who said “I don’t know, I’m clocking out. It’ll probably be another 45 mins”. We call at 9 asking for a refund for pizzas that never got delivered and was cut off by another rude employee who asked for our order number and then said “yeah. you’ll get a refund” and hung up on us. We’ve worked in customer service and know it can be tough but this isn’t right.

Called in to order. Was told delivery was the only option. Placed detailed order for delivery. Was told “sorry you need to talk to the store”….was then transferred to the store and placed on hold. After a few more minutes, was told “we don’t deliver to you” and told to contact the Sammamish store. Contacted Sammamish store and they were closed. Disappointed and felt a lack of customer service. No longer interested in ordering from this company.

Don’t think I will be ordering from Domino’s again. They have managed to mess up my last 3-4 orders, including double delivery (and wanted payment for both), incorrect delivery and late delivery. The local store is great … their offshore telephone service sucks and cannot get it right!

This is one of the worst locations I have ever experienced. Partner made our order over a hour ago, and we checked the tracker only to see that our pizza had been sitting out of the oven for over 40 minutes. We attempted to call and the guy admitted to leaving the pizza out for 40 minutes and said they wouldn’t be leaving for delivery for a little while still… this was after already having issues with attempting to claim a free pizza we had earned with loyalty points

Delivery hours are apparently wrong. Been trying to order a pizza for work at around 10:15-10:30 for the past couple days now and every time it tells me that delivery isn’t available. Otherwise haven’t had too many issues with the new location, but it’s hard to have issues if you can’t order from them I suppose.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had yet. I ordered three pizzas as well as twists for all 7 of my coworkers and I, and an hour later they still never delivered our pizza. I called and the lady decided to be a b**** to me. No refund, nothing, and never got our food.

This location always makes the perfect pizza! Now that Main Street is an open air dining experience, it’s a bit more challenging to get here, but absolutely worth it. I reccomend the deep dish with white sauce, pepperoni and salami!

Tried ordering delivery, the app said the store was not doing deliveries. Tried paying for carryout in the app, but an error occurred with all of my payment options. Ordered pay in store, I picked it up, pizza looked a little on the pale side but looked cooked. When I got home and tried to eat it, the pizza was raw in the center. I can’t pick up a slice without it completely disintegrating. I can’t get a refund through the app because the store wouldn’t accept digital payment. No other store has issues with my online payment, just this store. The chicken was good though.

Worst place ever!!! Order #1691 on Saturday the 30th October. Called them to see if they’d fix it and all I got was “sorry ma’am there’s nothing we can do” uhhhhh you made it!!! Wth you going on about you can’t do anything! Nasty buggers . Waste of $26 bloody money
