This staff is amazing. I was having trouble with the app and even though they were one minute from closing Brian and the manager and the staff made my wife’s order she was very hangry today. This location is always on point very fast. Great quality food. Pizzas always look amazing. They turned a possible disaster day into something very positive, but she don’t need too often

Ordered a pacific veggie, got sent a cheese pizza with pineapple. Sent it back only to receive the pacific veggie with a piece of meat on it. Being vegetarians we couldn’t eat it. Called up and reported the incident expecting a refund since we were in no mood to annoy them further. Called up the next morning and they asked me to call back in the evening. Called in the evening and they were busy, so couldn’t speak to the manager. Called again today and the shift manager had changed. The new manager said they cannot do anything about it after the pizza leaves the store. Offered to give me a carry out, but No delivery she said cos they need to track their miles. They clearly don’t take cross contamination seriously. Dominos did give me points for a free pizza but its good for a 2 topping pizza not a specialty one.

This location is pretty consistent. In my experience, despite the entire economy being short-staffed, I wouldn’t have even guessed they were short-staffed as my orders have been solid. They’re all about making your experience right but within reason.

Our to-go place for pizza for dinners or birthday parties. Online orders are for take away or curbside pick up only. Occasionally they mess up not baking pizza properly. Most of the times they have good coupons on pizza, bites and combos.

The delivery guy said “if you have any problems with the pizza contact Domino’s directly ” he explained something about that the pizza can fall and slip… when I opened the 5 trays of pizza all of them were crushed and smeshed! 5 trays of pizza looked like hell. Literally every single Online order I’ve ever placed that has been routed to this store has been cancelled. I’ve tried calling for more information (after cancellations) and the Manager has been extremely rude. They’ve given numerous excuses, including not being in the “delivery range”. This location is 0.5 miles from me. The Manager has even previously insisted that I place an order over the phone with a Domino’s that’s over 5 miles away.

This is a “Brooklyn Ultimate Pepperoni”. The order took 50 minutes to arrive, and I required about 1/2 a roll of paper towel to soak up the grease. Disgusting. This is the worst pizza delivery experience I have had (I used to order from Dominos regularly). Even with much of the grease soaked up this is salty and inedible.
