We were very disappointed with our order. They did not begin preparing this until I arrived at the end of the expected ready time. Our cheesey bread was not stuffed, it was missing the entire middle layer and the pizzas were very dried out lacking sauce. Usually they are really good however this trip was not worth it.

Pizza is good all except the bottom of the pizza with more than 2 toppings are a little soggy. Easy fix here at home, just throw it in the oven. The cheese bread is great. Chicken nuggets are cute.

Ordered a pizza at 805 at 945 it is still not here. When I called the manager offered to refund the delivery charge if I drove down there to get the pizza. Nothing else. Almost two hours for a pizza is ridiculous. And nothing but a we are short handed from the “manager”

I use their ‘Delivery App’ way too much… It’s so easy, and… as far as I’ve found out, so far… THE ONLY APP THAT LET’S YOU TRACK YOUR PIZZA from order acceptance to prep, to baking, to quality check, to delivery… IT’S AWESOME ! I was watching the tracker on my phone to see when the driver would be at my door. Seen they were close, turned off my TV to hear them. Never got a knock on my door or a phone call. Suddenly my order is canceled. My money still by the door, no knock or phone call. Called the store. Was on hold 10 min. Before somebody finally picked up again and said the order was in the warmer(getting stale) and could be redelivered. No explanation.

Not even 1 star worthy. 2 hours later no pizza. Called after an hour as app advised delivered. We’ll remake order and get to you within 30 min. Okay, sweet! Almost an hour later call back, still no pizza. Transferred to a manager, no apology, so I advised to cancel order. Again, no apology and no efforts to make a horrible experience a little better. The only thing impressive tonight was how quick they cancelled my order. Wow! 60 seconds later confirmation it was cancelled received. Excellent cancelation speed. Go somewhere else! zero care and zero customer service with management .
