I think they’re just really busy/short staffed at this location. We’ve had a couple of experiences where orders seem to get delayed at the final step. Our order spent over an hour in quality check, and then came with the deluxe specialty pizza being only cheese and olives.

They lie to your face and say your pizza will be down in 1-5 minutes on the screen and then make you sit and extra 30 minutes to get your pizza. Don’t lie to your customers and say it will be quicker than what it will actually be.

Ordered delivery, it took 2 hours from the time I ordered to when it left the store. It spent almost an hour in quality check, which it obviously wasn’t checked because my pizza arrived with one and a half pieces just being bread. I didn’t get my sauces I ordered and my bread bites and cinnamon twists were cold

Dispite the fact that on the rare occasion the pizza comes out tasty and hot it seems recently that hasn’t been the case. Tracking the food online only reveals our pizzas sitting in there warmers for an hour waiting for a driver. Driver was very friendly and polite, woman on the phone when we called to check our order was dismissive and clearly just trying to placate without caring. Our food came over done, I’m guessing it was the warming box and incorrect, missing ingredients that we paid for. All in all we probably wont be trying domino’s again for a long while and neither should anyone else until they get more drivers at least. My husband has more choice words to say for our 60$ order but I figured that wouldn’t be polite.

Apartment is less than a mile from the store and it took 3 hours to get it here?? The person who runs this store should be ashamed of themselves. Pretty sure my pizza sat in there store for 2 hours before it was delivered got here and was cold and disgusting will never order from this putrid place again. Not blaming the employees blaming whoever is in charge! Do better!

Ordered a pizza, and they forgot the sauce on it. I was amazed that they forgot the sauce on a pizza, but I’m even more amazed that the manager is so hell-bent that he personally made the pizza “perfectly” that he won’t acknowledge the obvious mistake and correct it. Done with this place.
