Ordered for delivery as my partner and I were in the middle of finishing a house project. Pizzas arrived looking like the driver was pulling doughnuts right before dropping off. I tried calling 4 times to get the situation rectified only to be transferred each time and then promptly disconnected. I had to drive to the location to solve the problem. So much for paying the extra fee for delivery.

Horrible service. Ordered pizza and no pizza when I arrived. They stated I had to wait two more hours after I waited 30 mins and went to pick up. They said it was too hot, to get pizza done in a timely manner but there are a lot of business that are to hot or work outside that get everything done when they are supposed to with no excuses or just an update. My husband stood in the store for 5 mins before they even acknowledged he was even there. Just straight horrible service lately. There were people there that ordered earlier in the day and they still hadn’t got there pizza and it was 2 plus hours after they ordered.

Took about 2 hours to receive our order. I didn’t mind that at all, I know of the possibility of dominoes being understaffed. But what was annoying was not only did they get our order completely wrong. Apparently dominoes now offer ultra thin pizza crust. It was also nearly burnt and dry.

Domino’s now uses a foreign call center, I don’t know if it’s in China or Indonesia or where, but it is definitely not in the united states. That is how you placed your orders now. When I placed my order with the foreign person on the phone I asked for boneless wings which I paid $2 more for, but when my order showed up I had the regular bone-in wings. I tried contacting the store with option number two, but it rang for more than 14 minutes without anybody picking up and I couldn’t leave my phone sitting there ringing any longer. I had things to do. So not only did I pay more for something that I didn’t get but also the store will take no responsibility for it. Don’t order from this store.

Ordered online with the 2min guarantee showed up at the approx time reported here per the app. Waited 10 min went in to find out they are 2 hours+ behind. Never got any pizza we will see if we get the money back in 3-5 business days.

I’d say this place is okay and I’d say the same for any other pizza place in Salem, they’re all filled with overworked employees that don’t get paid enough and struggle because the massive amount of people who order pizza, it’s gotten to the point where the pizza places sometimes don’t even have enough supplies for pizzas. It’s a good pizza place but the waiting time is way too long unless you order hours and I mean hours ahead of time with how many people order. Again over worked employees, thank you employees for doing your job, I appreciate you guys for what you do. This isn’t a rating for you, this is just about the long wait times and the area overall with all pizza places including you guys running out of supplies often too.

If there was a way to have no stars I would of pushed that one. About six weeks ago I was riding my bike to a store and a pizza delivery guy delivered to a gas station and or stopped and got gas. Well as he was leaving that gas station he was on his phone and didn’t know he ran me over and breaking 5 ribs and my collarbone putting me in the hospital.

You know, usually pizza is at least ok here. But today was just awful. See pictures attached to this review. There was so much grease it soaked through one box onto others just in the time to deliver it. I usually like this Domino’s but some times the good employees must call in sick all in the same day or something.

We’d unfortunately ordered at an extremely busy time. The food got to us 1½ hours after and it was cold. The driver and manager worked to make it right and remade our food and delivered it 30 minutes later. Thank you for making it right

So me and my co-workers order pizza and wings we ask for the boneless wings cuz we get more money that way we got the bone-in wings and now the up store is not picking also get priority of area and I do not believe that is fair because another store can’t fix what they same corporations different owners but they can’t fix what the other messed up very disappointed
