The pizza at dominos locations has made a major improvement over the years, nice garlic butter crust, sometimes too much cheese if they go so light with the cook time but otherwise good pizza. The staff at this location is the main reason for the 3 star, walked in and up to an empty counter, no biggie its busy, takes a couple minutes until the manager, who was making pizza, yells to a couple ‘boys’, his words, if someone could get the counter. They say yes but don’t do it fast enough for him and he yells again for one of them to get the counter and he does, then. Takes my payment and says it’s not ready. The manager who must not have noticed this saw me standing there still and comes over and asks the name on my order, sees it isn’t ready and yells again, where is my order, I say that the guy said it wasn’t ready yet. The young man who was getting yelled at the whole time pulls my pizza out of the oven, slices it and hands it off, I thank them and leave.

Great food and great people! The manager really knows how to close a deal and make the customer happy. I’ve worked in management for over 3 years and they can’t stress enough to NEVER let the customers leave the store unhappy and to make every experience a great one. This manager definitely has that locked in as well as the high quality ingredients and food products, as well as food safety practice. Awesome group of staff and an all around friendly place to order from. My family thanks you!!

I’ve ordered delivery from here a few times. Pretty solid. Last two times I picked up because It appears the delivery fee went up to $6. Last time I did curbside it was fine. This time I waited almost five minutes, which I don’t even care about. But what frustrated me more is that my pizza wasn’t cut all the way through and it ripped and fell apart.

This is the best Domino’s location! They are always quick, and the pizza tastes great. 🙂 The only time my pizza order was ever delayed, they let me order those items again on a separate day, and gave it to me for free! Thanks Domino’s!!

The night manager at this location is so unprofessional and just rude. I don’t know her name as she refused to give me it when I asked for it. So we ordered two pizzas bread sticks wings side of ranch and soda. The gentleman that took our order ran through the deals that were going on so when the total came to $27 dollars I figured we were gonna get everything we ordered. Boy we’re we wrong. We ended up with a cold pizza, side of ranch and that was it. When we called the person said sorry we are closed please call back tomorrow. So only half out party got to eat. Then when we called back this manager wouldn’t do nothing but charge us for the mistakes they had made. I’ll never go to this location or maybe dominos ever again.

We ordered two pizzas and cheese bread and one pizza came absolutely drenched in sauce. I’m talking SOUPY. The toppings were pretty much raw and everything slid off as we lifted slices. The chicken on it we paid extra for was almost nonexistent. It was inedible. That said, the rest of the order was fine. When we called to ask for them to remake the pizza the employee was very rude. When the employee said it would take over an hour to get a replacement we said we’d rather just get a refund for that one item. The employee talked to her manager and then told us she’d have to refund the entire order because “that’s not how the system is set up” and made it sound like that was our fault?! She honestly acted as if we were trying to like, pull a fast one on them, idk if this happens often to them?? It’s not our problem that you can’t refund individual items or void the transaction and run it again minus one item. Again, we only asked for a refund for that one pizza and would’ve waited if it wasn’t going to take so long. My gf has food restrictions and couldn’t eat the one I got and was already starving. After we sorted the refund out the employee hung up abruptly. 1/5 would not recommend

I visited the store to place an order only to find out that their debit machine was not working due to a chord, also being the one time I did not bring my wallet since they accepted Apple Pay/Google Pay. As a result I couldn’t even pay with Apple Pay/Google Pay! The lady who was making the pizza was not helpful, nor friendly at all. Kaitlyn, the person in charge came over and offered free pizza instead for the inconvenience of the machine not working, which made my visit 10 times better. I’ll definitely pay it forward and thank you so much, Kaitlyn.
