OK, The food was great. The reason I am leaving only a single star is because I walked into this place to pick up a carryout order and it was, no joke, 105 degrees inside of the building. I feel SO BAD for the workers! Management should have closed the store until the AC was fixed. I will not patronize an establishment that willingly let’s their employees endure such conditions.

Charges for 2 pizzas only ordered and received 1. I asked for a receipt they said sorry no receipts. DOMINOS RIPPED ME OFF!!!! Called Woodburn Police to report the THEFT. The Woodburn, OR Police department said “Nothing we can do, since you paid with a debit card”. I replied to the Police department saying “If I was to reach in their cash drawer and remove $20.99 what would that be?” Police department replied “That Sir would be THEFT, AND YOU WOULD BE ARRESTED!!!” WARNING… STAY AWAY FROM WOODBURN DOMINOS.

We ordered online. They called to let us know they were out of hand tossed dough and chicken, so had to substitute, okay. Order arrived and the Alfredo was full of onions, pizza was smashed and we ordered rootbeer but got coke! Called and was hung up on twice. Told to remedy that a $20 credit would be added to my account and then hung up on again with no end to the conversation. I see no credit on my account at all…hmmm. What ever happened to customer service????

One of the quickest deliveries, for a Friday night. But please order triple the toppings, bc they do not give that many… my pizza was pretty sparse, and I’m already paying more for a gluten free smaller crust, so it feels upsetting to see a lack of toppings. . .

The morning manager Nadia, was amazing with helping us with an issue we had. She’s very polite, courteous, and pleasant to talk to on the phone. I do recommend the driver’s not begging for tips or saying it doesn’t cost anything for it to go on your card. Please don’t beg for tips, y’all are better than that.
