On my birthday, i ordered pizza for delivery. They forgot paper plates …and half the toppings i ordered on my pizza. Since their phone lines directly to the store location are kinda screwy, i had to walk there to get a remake. When i made it back home and opened the box, they forgot pineapple and banana peppers AGAIN. When I finally got through on the phone, they told me they could not deliver the 3rd attempt to make my pizza because it was a carry out order. No, it was not….it was delivery. This store is so untrained and clueless, I should honestly just have asked for a refund!! Pizza Hut would be a better option!

Normally my pizza here is OK but this last time I went it was perfect! I felt like love was put into it. Looked and tasted great. Good customer service as well.

Even when they don’t have any excuses left they will lie in the sweetest tone you’ve ever heard. This location is constantly hiring and it’s no reason to wonder why. They have zero standards when it comes to producing and delivering even DECENT level food. It’s a reason they offer you cheaper deals if you pick it up yourself. That way when you realize how bad your order was made, they can remake it then and there and offer to make you wait longer then they already do considering they have no genuine sense of time. Excuses this. Excuses that. Come to expect this pizza chain to be last resort at this point and only getting worse Year by year.

Really bad pizza. I ordered a medium 12″ pizza that was cut into 16 pieces. There was a total of 12 pieces of ham which were quarter pieces. 4 pieces of pizza had no ham. There were 8 tiny pieces of pineapple that were placed on only 3 pieces of pizza. The cheese dipping sauce for bread sticks was so thick and dry I couldn’t dip the bread.

ordered a pizza over 40 minutes before close, literally ONE single pizza, the man canceled my order because his dad picks him up at 12 and he wants to get off early. Literally have a video of him admitting to that. If your place of works closes at 12, and you need to be home by 12. why are you working at a dominos? WORST SERVICE EVER.

They gave my order to someone else. They told me 10 mins. They forgot to put the pizza in the oven after waiting for more than 20 mins and I asked, they put the pizza in the oven. Hey They didn’t even apologize

Granted, I placed an order on a Friday night, so you expect a longer wait. Ordered at 7:53pm with an approximate delivery of 45 minutes….then at 9:23pm I call to ask the status of my order and am told sorry, we cannot deliver your order, we are to busy, without any notice. Terrible customer service Dominos.

Terrible customer service. The woman who delivered my order was impatient, rude, and rolled her eyes when I mentioned she was at the wrong entrance. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.
