They mess up a lot.. . I ordered today for my son’s bday party and added extra cheese and requested no sauce on pizza. They always put sauce so I tried to call ahead to remind them and to ask if they can make pizza good for my son’s bday. Instead got barely any cheese and the pizza had bubbles all over as shown in Pics which is a rip off. Not happy with this order is and quality

Honestly the worst dominoes experience ever. I ordered one regular and one GF pizza, even paid the extra $3. I asked that the pizza be hand delivered in order to make sure it was a GF pizza and the driver, Isabella, just left it on the floor. Once I open it of course it’s not GF. I called the store to try and fix it and I was on hold for 57 MINUTES (yeah, i waited to prove a point of terrible service) only to have someone finally answer then hang up on me. I put in a complaint online, got an order number, and almost a week later NO CONTACT in return. Last time I’ll get dominoes any other pizza is better than here.

Last 2 times I’ve ordered from this place they managed to royally screw up our food! All they offer is coupons on your next order, and I’m kinda not wanting to use them since whatever I get isn’t going to be edible. This time the boxes didn’t even have expo tickets on them to show what was supposed to go on the pizzas, they took nearly an hour. I tried for 45 minutes to place a online order. 50 percent off all pizzas..Their system failed. Then tired calling to speak to someone and got placed on a automated system repeatedly. I then spoke to a human that barely spoke English that put me on hold while I waited for a manager. 25 minutes later I showed up to the store closest to me on Nimbus while still on hold and asked to speak to the manager in person seeing as he’s too busy to answer calls. A young lady, Kaitlyn (Sp?) at Dominos (off of Schollsferry Rd) was working by herself yet miraculously single handedly made 25 pizzas for our 85 high school Link Crew Leaders after the Dominos at Progress Ridge decided to not open their business nor did they call us to tell us they were not going to fulfill our order that we placed the day before. Kaitlyn handled the stress and overwhelming situation with grace and a cheer disposition. She represents the Dominos company extremely well!

My family and I have pizza once a week together since my husband works long hours. We’ve ordered from Dominos instead of Pizza Hut because it was tasting better. We order each family member their own pizza because we each like something different but the same crust Pan crust. Tonight my husband picked it up and when we sat down to eat I realized mine was still raw in the middle. Ok not a big deal, but I had the rest of the family check theirs. Every single one was either still raw in the middle or partially raw in the middle. So I called to let them know. The call was handed over to the General manager named Sam. He was completely rude and unprofessional. His exact words were “In order for me to correct this you’ll have to bring back the pizzas because I want to see what your idea of raw is because the pan crust is served undercooked, it’s served doughy” I explained that it wasn’t undercooked, but raw. He said “I’m not going to send you more food without seeing the pizzas we’re raw.” I wasn’t asking for more food. It was late and I didn’t want my kids who have school tomorrow have to wait another at least another hour to eat with their dad. I asked him to credit my account, which he did. However I won’t be ordering there again. I don’t care how hot an oven is, it can still be raw if it isn’t cooked correctly or long enough. I don’t need the frustration or someone speaking down to me.

i live about 2 miles away and had a carry out order. got there right before my order was ready yet everything was raw and soggy and cold. pizza was completely doughy and undercooked and cold. the tots were soggy and cold. not sure what went on but i was greatly disappointed 🙁

Rude staff. Didn’t greet me or ask if I needed to order. I walked in and after taking the guest ahead of me order didn’t acknowledge me or even speak to me. Finally after 2 minutes of waiting at the register they ask if I need help. I said I placed an online order… the “walk in and skip the line” is totally not a thing here. what’s the point of offering a service if your employees can’t even greet a regular guest who could be looking to place an order. I’ll give them praise on the speed of completing my order ahead but execration and guest service… epic fail.
