Terrible experience yesterday. My pizza was underbaked and super doughy. They didn’t put one of my request topping on the other pizza. I called to tell them how terrible the pizza was, the kid was nice and says that we can just call and tell them that my request should be noted in the computer. I called today 5/17 to redeem the offer they said they have no record of it even though I have a receipt from the online app. The girl who answered the phone was useless and accused me of lying. We spoke with the manager and he wasn’t trying to help even though I had all the proofs that he needed. Finally, I mentioned that I was going to call corporate he changed his story and offered to make my pizzas. I told him that I don’t trust him because he might spit in pizzas and I wouldn’t even know it. He said he wouldn’t do such a thing but I don’t know them. I am getting a certificate but I won’t be doing business with dominos anymore after today. I am a very loyal customer but after how I was treated I won’t be going back to give them any of my money and time.

My order is always wrong ! Tried calling the store 10 + times. Once transferred to the store it ALWAYS hangs up and I can’t even talk to anyone. Why am I paying for food that’s incorrect!!!! And i can’t even get through to anyone to speak to them !!!!!!

Had my address correctly on their website yet they couldn’t deliver my food because they didn’t see my apartment number. Tried to call them back multiple times, call never went through to anything other than a bot, hung up every time it tried to transfer me to an actual person. Finally got them to bring back out my food, and yes they did finally see my apartment number so it was on their for them the first time. Food is now cold because of how long it took and they couldn’t even get the order right.

Been ordering from this location for years, since it opened. Have always been able to exchange onions for another veggie, since my wife is allergic. This location offers Carside Pickup, but they have NEVER followed through on that for any of my orders. I always follow the instructions and wait extra, then I’ll still have to go inside for my order. Why offer Carside as a pickup option when you don’t actual do it?!
