I came to visit lake tahoe and decided to stop at domino’s when i saw it thinking that they would be courteous and kindness like they are over at Las Vegas but this guy taking my order at the cashier was so rude that i still can’t believe it. I saw my order coming out of the oven, cause i was waiting inside, and i told the manager if that was my order and he stated that it wasn’t cause there were more customers in front of me when i was the only one waiting on site, he said that i ordered a pepperoni one i said “no” i ordered i pepper green one and he insisted that i ordered a pepperoni one and told him that i ordered a green pepper one. I told him that i saw that my order was ready and he said “no” until one of the other employees told him “yes” is ready. He said that’s just came out and i told him ” i know cause i saw it”. And he repeated what i said ” see is ready” and was mocking me ….tha was so disrespectful!!! It’s always super busy and chaotic here. They are doing their best but just can seem to get it together. The time estimates are never right and lots of shouting and frowning faces in the kitchen. Tahoe needs another Dominoes to take the pressure off of this one.

Was quoted a 45 min delivery time, it took over 2 hours. We just wish we would have known ahead of time as we would have driven there to pick it up. When we called to ask, they just told it would be ‘soon’ so we had no idea what to do

Sad to say this dominos is truly going down hill. Last 6 months has always been a horrible experience, no staff knows how to make a pizza there no more. The environment used to be friendly and joking now it’s so sad and depressing in that store. No one looks happy there and none of the old employees who made perfect pizzas are there anymore. Hope you guys step up your game this has been horrible for the locals the last couple months.

I made an order half an hour ago. When I went to the store three rudes and dirty girls they are not covering their hair. One of them said I am gonna make it right now I told her but I order it half an hour ago. She didn’t want answer me So I left I was happy to not eat from them they were disgusting. Be aware what you eat.
