I was disappointed with my cheesesteak sandwich meat was burnt, cheeses was also burnt also jalapeños that I didn’t ask for. Usually, it’s a great sandwich, but not this time. I will probably go back again, but I will be sure to check my order.

If you use the app you can expect to wait an extra hour for your pizza in store even though the app will say the pizza is completed. This is because the app for this store doesn’t work all the time but if that’s true why even have the app in the first place you are straight lying to customers if the app says your pizza is ready but when you get to the store you have to wait an hour for the staff to make the pizza. I also understand that it was a busy day but then why when I asked the staff there where my pizza was the only response I received was that it was coming out of the oven I had heard that three times over the hour I waited in store for my pizza. However, the staff didn’t even make my pizza until I asked the third time since that was when they had realized they made me wait an entire hour for my food which was already supposed to be done when I walked into the store as I can 5 minutes after the app said my food was done. All in all don’t go to here if you want some fast food pizza pizza guys, pizza hut and Papa John’s are all better and faster.

Pretty darn good pizza. Ingredients are always fresh. They can get very busy at dinner rush, which is beyond their control. And for goodness sake, remember to use the coupons! Pizza is all about the coupons!

It was one of the most reasonably priced pizzas in town. I actually don’t get an upset stomach from the pizza crust here compared to other pizza restaurants here in Yuba City. Also quick when ordering, not a 30 minute plus wait like other pizzerias!

I gotta say yuba city domino’s has the best management and socially polite an go ubove and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied, thank you guys very much for correcting the call centers constant mistakes. An I was very impressed with the management care of customers well being an timely concern of my family being hungry an fixing call centers mistake an making sure we got our dinner still hot an not making us wait until problem fixed. Just unheard of these days for such awesome service, hats off to you yuba city Domino’s. You can bet you’ll have my an my family’s business with good tips from now on ..

I ordered on the app online, and it said it would be a 18-23 min wait to get my pizza. It took an hour. When I got my pizza from the delivery driver and I was paying cash, I gave him $20.04. The order was $8.04. He said that he didn’t have change, and proceeded to walk away with the remaining $12.00. I had to find some $1s and handed it to him instead. Just rude service and what delivery driver doesn’t carry change for a $20 ?? Anyways, pizza was cold but was good nonetheless.

It’s usually a good joint to go to in a pinch. The pizza honestly isn’t bad at all, either. Their service is good and the management is super nice. This isn’t a bad place at all for quick cheap pizza. They are usually pretty swift with their customer service as well.

First want to say again thank you to the gentleman veteran whom paid for my pizza tonight!! Thank you again!! Second I’ve been here a couple of times never had an issue paying at all. To the short dark hair young lady employee for being rude and disrespectful to veteran giving him attitude while I was waiting for her to assist me . Also I’ve never had a problem paying with an $100 bill. You were very unprofessional. And next time have your manager if there one step in which they had in the past..I won’t be ordering from here anymore!

To charge $3.50 extra on a $6.99 medium 2 topping pizza bc I cant eat tomato sauce and substituted garlic parmesan sauce for it is absolutely outrageous! I travel a lot and order Dominos all over CA and NV and this is the ONLY location that charges such an absurd substitution fee. I will NEVER be back!
