Hard Work
On my way to work I sent my kids some money told them to get themselves some dinner. They chose Domino’s pizza and we order from this place a few times per month. Anyway I arrive home many hours later from work hungry I grab a couple slices and microwave them, after a few bites this isn’t tasting right so after a brief investigation I realized the pizza doesn’t have any sauce it was horrible.

We ordered online. Our order was ready on time. The service was very good. Everyone was very polite and friendly. We got the order home and discovered it was a greasy soggy mess. The cheese bread had too much cheese and was soggy. The pizza was so greasy there was grease everywhere. I doubt we would order from this location again.

I am NOT a happy customer, ordered online garlic twist + cinnamon twist. The appearance wasn’t good, small like last minute dough of the day + garlic twist box was very oily underneath the paper, seeping through, my husband picked it up for me, I called, they wouldn’t replace it, I have to go back tonight. I am sorry my husband drove over 1 hour. I am disappointed that they CAN’T replace it for another day. I took pictures of it – not appealing. Dough does not taste fresh.

Ordered Pizza at 630pm delivery driver arrived at 7:20pm missing a pizza contacted the store after they argued only 2 pizzas where ordered and realized they were wrong told us they would deliver the missing pizza and hung up on us at 9pm i called to find out where the pizza was and spoke with the assistant manager who was rude and hung up on me again I then drove to the store to have an in person conversation with him about a refund which they refused to give while i was there the 3rd pizza finally showed up at 940 3 hours after the initial order was placed I understand mistakes happen but when you forget someones order you dont put them at the back of the line i will never order pizza from here again and will gladly tell everyone i know not to waste there money here
