This place was nearing rock bottom two years ago and so I stopped ordering. Things were made decently, just late, often. I recently gave it couple more tries and it seems they’ve improved in time and a bit it quality too. Keep it up whoever is giving better effort, don’t want to edit this 🙂

Honestly, I’m quite disappointed in this Domino’s. First of all, they have a cashier at the front who speaks Spanish. She had to go to the back room to get someone to assist me in English.

If I could give no stars I would. I made an order to this location and I told them that I wanted to speak with the manager because I was not happy with my experience. The manager takes the phone and instead of helping me he tries to get rid of me at all cost. Horrible experience AVIOD THIS LOCATION

Domino’s on West Elcamino and Truxcel is unprofessional and does not pay attention to the online system that they make you order from! Tonight I placed an order for curbside and the app notified me when it was ready and we were sitting outside waiting for our order that was never made until 10 minutes after we got there and I had to call them to find out why it was taking so long and was told that their online system never notified them but never did they ask me what I ordered or my name but knew exactly what was ordered and who I was when they finally brought my order out to me! I will not be ordering from this Domino’s again.

The night shift at this store is racist and is embezzling and exhorting it’s customers. I will never eat or buy anything for any reason at any domino’s pizza again. Me nor my family or friends. I’ve never felt so disregard or so much hatred ever in my life. I don’t recommend supporting this chain. I’m definitely filing a civil complaint and maybe even a lawsuit and criminal charges. We can’t encourage racist people or behavior on any level. Let’s put an end to racist business practices.

I was staying at a hotel on Saturday night that did not have alot of options for take out in the area so I had good experiences ordering Domino’s in the past and made the mistake of ordering dinner for my family. I figured it would take a little longer then normal due to it being Sat night after 8pm, however it took over hour and half for the food to be delivered and that was after I called store to check if maybe there was a mistake with my order. That would have been acceptable if the food was up to par, but that was not the case at all! It was terrible, the pasta dish was supposed to be just regular marina, it was some cold red sauce with thick chunks of bell pepper and the taste was literally unbearable. The bread on the sandwiches was rock hard, and the cheese and meat was burnt and tasted stale and dry. This was the worst delivery food I have ever experienced.

Ordered 2 med pizza meal and garlic twist from this location and after multiple calls and being placed on hold 15 to 20 mins at a time. It was finally delivered approximately 2hrs later. When I received the order it was not what I ordered. Had my friend call back to let them know, and they were dismissive and rude… My friend was completely bulldozered on the phone. She never got a chance to speak a complete sentence. When I called back to get refunding or credit for compensation I was repeatedly put on hold and told the manager would be brought to the phone. I spent an entire week trying to contact a manager and still have yet to speak to one. If you take the services you pay for seriously don’t order here it’s a terrible dominos to deal with when it comes to business conduct

I hardly ever do ratings or reviews but this deserved one. Worst possible service. When I first placed my order online, it said it would be ready and delivered in 25-30 minutes. I kept checking the delivery status and it showed that it was still being prepped almost a whole hour later. I called the location to figure out what was happening and they told me they only had one delivery driver and it would take up to 3-4 hours to get to me and there were 10+ orders ahead of mine. This was annoying in itself because I had to be the one to contact them. I always try to be understanding of fast food workers and/or service workers of any kind because I’ve been there too. Things happen but this was absolutely unreasonable. I told them I would just come in and pick up my order instead of waiting the 3-4 hours and they said it would be ready in 15 min. I got there about 20 min after that phone call and ended up having to wait another hour. They didn’t start processing our order till we got to the location after she told me on the phone it would be ready for pick up in 15 min. They also messed up my order so yeah just a horrible experience.

I ordered a pizza supreme and honey barbecue wings. The ordered was delivered 1hr and a half, From when i actually ordered it. When the driver finally arrived it was barely warm. I will never get domino’s,from this location delivered to me.

Good pizza….but customer service is an absolute joke. I can’t believe how incredibly bad it has gotten. No one EVER wants to help counter…pizza will be ready for 20 mins, but no one wants to check you out. Most of the time they won’t even say “welcome in”. No excuses. They have plenty of staff…. they’re just lazy. DON’T GO HERE!
