If they don’t mess up then they’re alright. When they do it’s impossible to get a hold of them. Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and got no Buffalo sauce. Called, got hung up on before anyone answered. Checked their app, no option for order mistakes. Just go to Little Ceasars. At least then you get what you pay for.

Pizza was left at the front desk of Holiday Inn Express. The young ladies at the desk apologized to me and went on to say that was a first for them. They said the delivery people always go to the room. I told them it is a first for me. This order is the last time I prepay a tip. Lazy people won’t get a tip..

They are really really friendly and super helpful. Their app on the other hand sucked major. Luckily for me the lady behind the counter was very understanding and helpful and empathetic. Domino’s In Eureka California promised to correct an order that they messed up 3 weeks ago. When I called to redeem said credit I was denied “they had no record of it” I am very disappointed and was embarrassed because the on shift manager “Emily” said “anyone can just call in and say they have said credits right?”

My family orders domino’s frequently and it is good, as long as it is made by Richard. Whenever we had our order made by him, which was almost everytime, it was great. The last two times, I ordered a pasta bread bowl. The first time was good (it was made by Richard) but the next time the bread dough was undercooked. I took it back and the employees were great about making a new one, but it too was undercooked. That is not cheese, but raw dough.

Love this place! The service was quick and the pizza was tasty. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by both male employees with such a big welcoming smile ! Parking can be tricky though as it’s in the downtown area, so you ight get lucky to find an open 2hr or 15 min open parking slot beside the business in the very busy streets of Eureka.
