We ordered a pizza that was incorrect, and when we called to tell them that it was incorrect, the individual there told us no it’s correct, and they’re not going to change the order, exchange the order or give us a refund that we just have to deal with it. But I told him that’s obviously not OK because there’s allergies involved. He said he does not care. When I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor, he said that he would not let me speak to a supervisor, and he would not give me his name to file a formal complaint. All because they sent the wrong pizza.

Ever wonder why your pizza is late or cold from this location?? Their staff leaves the pizza in their car while doing things inside the store. They verbally abuse each other and customers and wait times can be outrageous. For a popular brand and location you’d think the owner would give more of a proper interest. The counters are messy and the oven always looks burnt.

Every piece of feta cheese was burnt and when the delivery driver Jason got here he made me feel pressured to give him a tip which is not okay it would definitely recommend a different pizza spot and when I tried to call to let them know no one answers it’s almost 2:00 on the Thursday that’s crazy
