I ordered a pizza at around 11:30 I got my tracking information pizza was in the oven. Then by 12 I got an email saying that it was canceled. They emailed give us a call so we can make it right. I gave them a call and they did nothing! I won’t be buying Domino’s anytime soon.

Make sure you pay for your order online and not in store. They canceled my order, then claimed it wasn’t canceled (even though I got an email), but said it was ready. Then when I showed up, they wouldn’t honor my coupon, even though the coupon price is what was on my receipt. Everything was very shady and the owner was very rude. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I never leave reviews, but for this location. It’s privately owned so don’t expect help from Corporate when your pizza is delivered cold. They forward to the owner and they do nothing. I ordered pizza for my kids, something I rarely do. Based on the “track your pizza” it sat for an hour after it came out of the oven before it was delivered. I live 3 minutes from this location, and the pizza was cold when it was delivered so it wasn’t even in a warmer. So disappointed, but more disappointed that they have not contacted me back and it’s been over a week. They have a delivery insurance program that won’t let you file a claim, refers you to customer service. They refer you to local owner and then they do nothing. Never again.
