Tried their veggies pizza with chicken on top. The pizza was delicious, I did walk-in and the pizza came out fast. I have seen lots of negative reviews, I blame mostly the owner of this place, shame on him/her. The same person is making your pizza, answering phone and taking your payment. So cut the employees some slack and instead take your anger on the management that’s exploiting these people. I’m giving them 5 star and tip just for the Employee that served me tonight but I wouldn’t be coming back unless they fix their understaffing issue.

They canceled my order. We called and the lady over the phone had said that we had put no apartment number when clearly we did. After I explained to her that we did, it had a full and completed address she then proceeded to go back and fourth with me. She then started giving attitude. They didn’t even try to call and ask what the apartment number it was, (if according to them it had no apartment number.) In my opinion I felt this was not okay what so ever, they need to work on having better costumer service!

Employee wouldn’t stop knocking at the door, made dogs upset. Ordered 3 items, two of which were wrong and got thrown away. There’s no way to get a refund or the right food through their website or app. The most you can do is get ‘points’ IF you’re a member. Worth one pizza. Doesn’t even replace the two items that were wrong. Extremely disappointing.

I just had my ordered canceled for idk what reason and I can’t get a hold on anyone at the store to let me know what’s going on. Not even a call back telling me anything. I ordered my food thinking it wouldn’t take that long we’ll my order has been on quality check since 7:30 PM and it’s 8:31 wonder when my food is going to get here. I called them 4 times because they could even answer the phone and the lady tells me that my order is about to leave the store. That store is a joke if they need 30 minutes to do a quality check and another 30 minutes to leave the store and deliver it!!
