I must share my most recent experience with Domino’s. We got a bunch of dominoes on October 5th for my birthday and it was amazing we tried just about everything on the menu. Although they did mess up one of our pizzas it was supposed to have white sauce the rest of our order was amazing. The cinnamon twist dessert was so yummy. And the brownies oh boy they were delicious. I would definitely recommend this location for your next event or dinner choice.

Better order an hour early because these guys will never get it to you under it. Better pay a 20 dollar tip on top of a 5 dollar delivery fee if you want anything done unfortunately; undeserving. The tracker says my pizzas been sitting and rotting for 40 minutes now.

We are a very busy family and so we order pizza probably more often than we should. With that said, you can see why it has been very upsetting to continuously have to deal with burnt pizzas. When I call to have this issue remedied, I keep getting an excuse that makes no sense “it is how our ovens cook the pizza.” What? A pizza place that knows it is selling burnt pizzas? Then I get the we need the other pizza back and for us to take it back. Wait, I ordered delivery, but now I have to go back? It has gotten to where we check the pizza before the delivery person leaves. I love their thin crust pizza when the cheese and the bottoms are not cooked to death, but I hate how often we have to return pizzas due to “their oven” problem. Maybe Pizza Hut has better ovens.

This Domino’s is a joke….bunch of kids running the store with no customer service. The managers won’t come to the phone. Our pizza was over cooked because their oven temp was wrong (supposably) I think it was an old order thrown in the oven because they were being lazy. Was told my order would be replaced at a later date and now it’s an issue? Less than a $25 order and they can’t get their life together. Definitely a loss on their end because my family won’t be ordering from them anymore with multiple competitors around I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Order was finished and out the door at 6:21 and is estimated to arrive at 6:45. Eventually showed up at 7:13. If waiting an hour after your food is finished to receive it is to be expected, as a company you should be making the customers aware that you have slow delivery times. Both making your delivery driver carry multiple orders and your hour long delivery wait after the food is finished increases likelihood of cross contamination and causes the food to arrive colder than it should be for a “fresh baked pizza”. Once finished the food should be taken on the shortest route to the customer and not driven around town to cool before arriving. Your company needs to work on communicating with your customers and likely needs to be checked for health violations.

Ordered delivery because I was entertaining last minute guests. Was supposed to take less than half an hour. An hour goes by and nothing shows up. I call to see if perhaps they are having a hard time finding my place, and they hang up on me when I tell them that I have a question about my order. I call back, and I’m forwarded to an automated message saying that my delivery is on its way. Another hour passes by, and I finally get a phone call telling me that there is no delivery drivers, and that I would have to come pick up my order. My order had been sitting out since 915pm, it’s now 11pm, my guests left. I politely tell them to just cancel my order. They agreed and said I’d be refunded since I paid online. This occurred on the 8th, I have still not been refunded.

Ordered delivery and the pizza is cut into squares. Obviously whoever is making the food doesn’t care and wanted to be funny. Crust is as thin as paper too. Thankfully there are other pizza places in the area!
