I’m tired of always getting cold food after over hr wait every time I order from Charter way location, and when I call it’s only to get msg that says you can not be connected due to network error. There is never a problem taking my money only when they send cold food, wrong order, late delivery, or even burnt food. This is my experience today 10/14/22 after waiting a hour. Any time I have ordered from other locations in Stockton food is always fresh, hot, and they always answer their phone. SMH…..

I ordered my pizza for delivery 3 hrs ago and still haven’t received my order. I called multiple times and the automated system says my order has been confirmed and will be delivered shortly. But still, no delivery. I press the option to speak with the store and I’m on hold until the call drops. I called multiple times and no one answers. My money was taken out of my account 3 hrs ago and still no food!!!!
