First time ordering Domino’s at this location, I ordered pizza for delivery online, i had an extraordinary experience. I was able to pay online, they always have good deals, the pizza was delicious. Just the right amount of cheese and toppings not too much not too little it was perfect made and baked. It has a unique taste, They have a big menu with lots to choose from i have to try their sandwiches. The Delivery was right on time and our delivery driver was very professional and polite. At 9:30 I called for delivery they informed me they were short staffed and could not deliver a pizza, so I told them I would pick it up and they would not let me pick up a pizza even though they didn’t close for 3 hours,I wonder what the owner would think of this ,stay away from this place.

This place used to be great. I used to order throughout the whole pandemic. Now the staff don’t care about the service. Ordered through the app and about 30 minutes in, I called and was put immediately on hold. The lady told me the driver should be at my house within 10 minutes. He didn’t show up for another 40 minutes. So all in all, it took over an hour just to get pizza that’s 5 minutes from my house.

This pizza joint is okay but I believe customer service needs work. The last time I was there the lady handling my order was being overworked and I feel like that’s what may have contributed to her poor customer service. Maybe hire more people to ease the work on a few.

1 item in the order was not ready. Then it was wrong when i got home after waiting an extra 10 minutes so they can make it wrong. Also chicken wings were fatty and skin was gelatious/soggy. Sandwich was so salty! COMPLETE FAIL DOMINO’S Oh yah when they make the pasta they grab it with there hands no gloves!!!!
