I ordered a pizza here at 11:30 on a Saturday morning, by 12:30 AM if it’s still hadn’t been delivered, but it was marked as delivered on the tracker. Also, at noon I called to verify why my pizza was taking so long which to the manager responded it would only be another 20 minutes by 1240 the pizza still hadn’t been delivered. It was marked as delivered. I called the manager to request a refund. She hung up the phone and hang up every time I called

Love the coupons send to my phone also n app. But I noticed the cheaper coupon is the less meat and topping they put on my pizzas. Then when I don’t use cheaper coupons. Nicer portions of meat and topping are givin to me. Not fare. So this is why don’t order as often as I would like. Hope it changes . The customer service is always good. Can’t complain about, their Staff always friendly to me.

Honestly, This is the worst and most embarrassing experience i’ve had in front of my family when i ordered from this restaurant pasta and philly cheese steak sandwhiches from this place. Towards the end of our meal here at our home my brother lifted up his half eaten sandwhich with MOLD IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BREAD SLICE !!! Now that being said, our family lets things things fly by when there is bad customer service or they mix up our order but this is seriously a health hazard. When we called the Manager from this restaurant he didnt even APOLOGIZE and he quickly hung up. So just be carefull and take a quick look at everything in your order before you take a bite of your “fresh” food .

My experience has been nothing like the reviews I’m seeing here. Maybe they got new management? For me, so far so good. Placing my 3rd order in 2 months. They always deliver quickly and the pizza’s are always hot. I love the online ordering because you can really pick what you want with nobody waiting for you to hurry up over the phone. Finally, if you have not ordered Dominos in the past few years, you are missing out.

App is really easy. I got to say that the pizza and the new apple dip cinnamon twists were really delicious. I hope they become a permanent item. The chocolate lava cake is the best in the fast food industry.They always remember my dipping sauces. There is a Latina around 22 years old there after 5 PM that is always so nice
