I placed an online order at 11:51PM. While online I was notified that if I place an order for delivery before 12AM I would surely get my order still. Called the store to let them know I wanted to change how I’d pay but nobody answered. So, after a while I checked in on the order and it was CANCLED. They did not reach out to me to notify me at all. (I mean, they ACCEPTED the order online then decided to cancel it) So, I called and only got greeted with “we’re closed”. I called 3 more times to speak with a manager, but he left the phone off the receiver to ignore me. I am definitely interested in what the higher-ups are going to say.
