Just before that bs thing in 2019, getting pizza delivered tossed around hard in the box, etc, service was just rotten. It was so consistently bad that I recorded getting my order from the delivery person and opened the items to show my friends and family the craziness.

Easy ordering online, i was sent a message to let me know, the delivery driver was on hes way. Hes name was Florentino, he called to let me kno he was outside. He took exactly wat online order said it was gona take 25mins. He was friendly and professional. Pizza was good and the cheese bread with bacon and jalapenos was alright.

The pizza was great!!!! My family loved them. I went to pick up instore today that is Christmas day to enjoy with my family & movie night at home. When I got to the store, the workers where very friendly & working very hard. I was amazed to see all of them working together as a team during what looked to be a very busy day! I was given a great friendly & fast service. I had a great experience & wanted to share it & thank them for working today that its Christmas. The pizza & pasta was greatly cooked. Just perfect!

Their pizza is mouth-watering. I love the consistency, the flavors , and the way they make them. They have different menu items that are fair priced and also great deals. My favorite is a medium pan pizza, with extra robust sauce, cheese, ham , and bacon. :). They make it delicious. I would order dominos for a party, a get-together, and, of course, the superbowl.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced by far. Before last nights incident, two months ago I had ordered from this pizza place online, all was going good and when I went to go pick it up I was aware of the safety precautions due to COVID so I waited while another lady was inside picking up her order, I overheard one of the workers not sure if she was manager or not but she was raising her time at the lady because the lady was Mexican and the worker was having trouble understanding what she was saying, I opened the door without stepping in to help the lady translate and the worker yells at me to step outside, I said I would once I helped the lady translate and she was rude after that. The second time which was last night, I called an hour and a half before closing time, they picked up and said “please hold” so I did for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes I tried calling again and they would just pick up the phone and hang it right back up, so I called 4 more times and they continued to do the same, I could’ve gone and showed them the multiple times I called and how long I waited but instead I called five guys, they have the best customer service and better pizza! You guys should try it!

I have purchased pizza from Domino’s in Porterville for the last time. Two weeks ago I ordered two pizzas and my Grand daughter found a chunk of black material that measured 1/2 ” wide X 3/4 “long between two of the slices. It was either very fine black plastic or hair. It was hard to determine what it was. Last I night ordered two more pizzas again. Another of my grand daughters opened one of the boxes which happened to be a cheese pizza. As soon as she opened the box she found a long brown hair that was about 7 1/2 ” long. Not much of a response from on-site manager when I called to speak with him. He just stated that he was sorry and that that should not happen. I thought that employees were supposed to wear hair protection??????

I paid $75 for 2 pizzas and cheese bread. One of yhe pizza’s was so terrible, it looked like someone had gotten sick on it. Absolutely terrible, looked terrible and was not edible.
