I’ve complained to the manager before about the pizza being overdone and burnt. Today, I decided to post a review with pictures. The pizza is really hard and dry to chew, and as you can see, it’s overcooked or burnt. I will not order from here anymore. Such a disappointment in food. It’s especially tough for children to chew overdone pizza that’s really dry and crunchy. It’s not what’s expected when you order pizza.

This store is the best and friendliest. The food always gets delivered fresh and hot with a kind smile/greeting from any driver sent to our door. Online ordering is the way to go, less hassle with trying to remember what you want on your pizza when you see all the options available. Phone ordering is also good and friendly, I just hate bothering them while their trying to make the best food . Every online or phone ordering experience has been pleasant, easy and noted exactly as I ordered. Comes hot, with good timing, plenty of toppings at a great price. I love how I can track the process from “Start” to out the door for “Delivery” all the way to arrival, which helps me with timing to set the table. The delivery drivers are always friendly. (Specialty Pizza- medium “Extravaganza” and medium “Ham-Pineapple” both hand tossed)

Extremely burnt and greasy pizza. When we called to speak to the manager Mia she was rude and stated that they had “too many other deliveries to do” right now so she couldn’t replace the pizza. The pizza was soaked in excess grease. Super disappointed.

I literally called and asked if they were open. They said they close at 1. I come in and ask to make an order and they say it’s impossible, they’re only doing delivery now. The app isn’t even letting me order delivery. At the very least you could not lie to me when I call because I spent 15 mm minutes driving down here.

Not sure what it is about this location in particular, but they always do a great job with their garlic brushed crusts. Some Domino’s really skimp on this, but we have always gone back to this location because of how generous they are with it. Plus the cost for what you’re getting is hard to beat, and the curbside pickup is a breeze. A running staple for our “pizza Fridays”.

Of the many Domino’s franchise locations in Ventura/Oxnard I go out of my way to order from here. Always a pizza made right, not rushed or lazily thrown together as with other locations.
