Terrible presentation and horrible taste/quality. The speciality chicken was special alright, what wasn’t burnt was rock hard and inedible. The Philly steak sandwich contained 2 thin slices of meat on half the sandwich, one side was burnt and the edges were rock hard. Now for the pizza, most of it had little to no sauce as it had all been placed in one area, had to get the magnifying glass to find the bacon and onion was clumped, no problem finding the parts that were burnt …there was plenty. To sum up, if you like burnt, rock hard, sloppily thrown together inedible food order from here

Worst experience ever. My online order said My order was complete but i never received my 2 pizzas wings and soda, so i called their store and explained it too manager Aj , to which he replied they never had my apartment number so they didn’t deliver and they claimed to have called me but never did. Ive had an account with this store for over 5 years and never had an issue because my address is stored, after explaining that too Aj he then responded by saying he was just gonna cancel my order and that the computer had a glitch and that he wasnt going send an order without an apt number, that is until i explained how long ive been ordering with this store. He then asked if i still wanted my food which he knew it was for my kids why would you ask such a question i wouldn’t have ordered if i didn’t want the pizza. My oder was supped to be by 939 the driver left the store at 917 and my ordered arrived at 1020 after i called and complained , and the manager aj decided to send the same pizza from the original order took at 0907pm .i can tell because the pizzas and wings box didnt have the sticker it usually comes with showing what time and my home address, and also both my pizzas were looking dark and dry when it should be extra cheese which should be shiny and white and cheesy not looking like its been sitting for over an hour. Im not going to eat these pizzas or wings for fear of food poisoning or tampering of my food by the manager aj. Im not going to call again to complain about the expired pizza with no signs of when it was made. i just lost 35 dollars my kids are sad but i will now stick with pizza hut after this horrible experience with aj and driver .Gwen hope they get reprimanded and this stores improves.

Order was over an hour after being placed, arrived cold and after a very long day and impatient kids waiting for dinner they fell asleep by the time the pizza arrived. Definitely not punctual service and wouldn’t recommend this location if you are hoping for a reasonably prompt delivery for dinner.

This place is very unprofessional, I tried calling two separate times and both times I explained the 2 for 6.99$ per item deal. Instead of the dominoes employee being knowledgeable about the deal, he becomes verbally aggressive telling me inaccurate information. Even when I’m looking at the dominoes website explaining what the deal is, the dominoes employee turns it into a back and forth argument. Management needs to obviously be changed at this location. They treat this location as if they are running a food business from their home for a favor instead of working at a legitimate franchise pizza store. This is absolutely ridiculous that I can’t even place and order. FOR ANYONE READING THIS SAVE YOUR ENERGY AND TIME AND DONT EAT HERE. Only God knows how unprofessional sanitary wise they are if they can’t even take a order simply over the phone …

Took over 40 min after Hector left the store. Then the pizza was smashed. Hector just looked at us like he didn’t know what to do. He said just call the store, I told him and showed him the number didn’t work and he said just cancel the order but I couldn’t due to paypal. We had to dive down to the store wait 10 min to have it made the go back to the hotel. It took over 2 hours to actually eat our pizza and nothing was done to rectify this.

We already had pasta & salad waiting at home; so we came for breads! We chose the cheesy bread for our first time and ordered the Biggest garlic cheese knots. Not too impressed with the cheesy bread; but we didn’t even leave any knots to share Shhh Fresh buttery garlic is the Best!!!

My experience here was unsatisfying. The cashier was nice, even though I could barely understand her English. When I walked in this establishment a woman was already dissatisfied with the quality of the product, And returned her pizzas for a fresh order. I purchased 2 large pizzas online, as I arrive to pick up my order, the cashier at the time didn’t open the box so I could see my order. So I then opened the to see for myself and it looked ok. When I asked for cheese and peppers the cashier said they charge for them among other small condiments. So as far as taste goes it was a lot of crust, minimal cheese and sauce, and was dry. I get it it’s Domino’s. I’ve tried out several Domino’s and this was unsatisfying.

This Domino’s is a joke. Their drivers apparently don’t know how to follow directions. Instead of calling when no one answered the door (because they were at the wrong apartment) they apparently just left the food wherever and marked it as complete. Then when we called the store to try to get our order redelivered, the woman who answered basically blamed us and refused to make the situation right. Won’t be ordering from here again.
