I ORDERED A BREAD BOWL PASTA AND WINGS WHICH IS USUALLY MY GO-TO. I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS BUT THIS TIME I RECEIVED MY ORDER THE BREAD BOWL WAS PRETTY WHITE MORE THAN USUAL WHICH I DIDN’T MIND BUT WHEN I STUCK MY FORK INTO THE BREAD THE DOUGH WAS STILL STRETCHY. ALSO, MY WINGS WERE UNDERCOOKED AND VERY SQUISHY. WHEN I CALLED TO REPLACE MY ORDER WHICH WAS A DELIVERY THE GUY SUGGESTED I EAT MY FOOD BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT TASTE AND HE SAID MAYBE NEXT TIME I SHOULD ASK FOR WELL DONE WHICH I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF THE DOUGH WASN’T UNDERCOOKED. OVERALL THE SOLUTIONS HE GAVE WHICH WERE TO PICK UP A REPLACEMENT ORDER OR TO PAY AGAIN FOR A DELIVERY WERE REALLY BAD SOLUTIONS. I WAS AT WORK BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS AND CANT LEAVE MY JOB AT ANY TIME AND I DON’T SEE WHY I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR A DELIVERY WHEN THEY DO A “QUALITY CHECK” & “PERFECTION CHECK” ACCORDING TO THE DOMINOES TRACKER.

Ordered 1 large 3 topping at 8:16pm. Delivered at 9:38pm. Cold, smashed or fell and delivery driver was on the defensive as soon as I opened the door. First thing he said was “Sorry. Did it take too long?” When I said yes, he responded with “Well I had 3 deliveries in my car.” Pizza was lacking in sauce, lacking in heat and lacking in quality. It was cut horribly. We had already given up on Pizza Hut for very similar reasons. I will not be ordering from Domino’s any more.

They take forever to make a delivery and the app always has the wrong delivery time. For example right now it’s 10:35, my pizza was supposed to be delivered at 10:10, yet I have no pizza.

Domino’s was not our 1st choice as we attempted to call independent pizza places and learned that businesses in today’s climate do not want to talk to you. Between recordings telling us to go to their website and pizza businesses only willing to deliver thru 3rd party services which were all online based, we became so frustrated because all we wanted to do is give a pizza present to a hospital staff that, literally, saved my wife’s life. No one cared! No one to talk to! And, basically, if you can’t do it online then too bad for you.

We ordered from here before but this time the pizza quality was terrible. The pizza was all smooshy and the box was all wet from the steam. The brownies were even worse as they were so smooshy that they stuck to the parchment paper. We tried to report the issue but the app didn’t allow it and the service number was not operational. Called the store directly only to be put on hold and hung up soon as I told them I need to report the issue. Called back a second time and the gal must have recognized and placed me on hold again only to be hung up. Terrible food and even worse customer service! SMH!

apparently these are “cinnamon twists” now… flat pieces of bread with a pool of cinnamon. and our pizza was uneven and burnt and just awful. worst domino’s experience i’ve ever had.

My local store. Usually not too bad, most of the time I will say it does take a while to get here and it seems bit cold for a store that is only up the street. Just got my pizza delivered and the pizza guy carried the pizza in his hands with the 2 liter on top of the box, turning the box more into a U shape. The cheese did not completely stick all the way around but there was a 1 piece casualty inside. Frankensteined up, it was still good. 2 liters dont being on pizzas. There’s another store not to far so I can still get Domino’s

Ordered delivery and was the worst order I have received from Dominoes. Pizza was dry and the crust hardly had any garlic seasoning. Also ordered some wings to go with our pizzas but these had to be the smallest wings I had ever seen. Needless to say I will be ordering from another pizza place next time.

I loved domino’s “Until” I went to this location…. How hard is it to type in an order for a customer when all that are ordering is the meal deal 2 pizzas 2 toppings each for $6.99 each??? Worst experience ever. Domino’s if you care about your customer you will fix this experience for me and give me a free pizza.
