I’m very disappointed because first off they always get my order wrong. I always ask for square cut and well done and it NEVER HAPPENS…then when I do car side pick up where they have 2min to come out, they’re always late and they stop the timer waaay before the pizza comes out…cheaters!!

I just received my order via delivery, I ordered because me and my husband were hungry and know that not many places will delivery late. I opened the box and started eating my slices right away, my husband pointed out that the slices I have not touched had long hair strands on the pizza. I tried to call the store to notify them about 6 times and their phone lines go straight to disconnect. I am completely disgusted and 100% unsatisfied.

Ordered for pick up through the awful call center workers,whick took forever, then when i got to the store on Warner the manager Joe said I see your order put the call center people didn’t send it through, and he can not do anything about it!! Now my little girls and our guests have to wait another 45 minutes to eat!! It 8PM I placed the order at 7 and if God want my kids will eat at 845!! I just hope they’re not going to fall a sleep on empty stomach

Tried to call the store to place an order 4 times and the phone went silent every single time. If they are busy that is understandable but its not hard to answer the phone and say they are busy and need to place me on a brief hold. I waited for 5 minutes and no one ever said a word. This location clearly doesnt care.

Dominos doesn’t pay their employees anywhere near enough money for them to actually pay attention to the details of your order. It is no fault of the employees. It’s how dominos is structured and why they have such a high turnover rate for employees. Dominos tends to be very busy and one problem in particular that always seems to happen. The garlic sauce they apply to the bread twists and crust gets WAYYY over applied and ends up soaking through the cardboard box and spilling everywhere the box goes. Also don’t ever bother making cooking instructions like “well done” or light oil.

I paid and tipped before I saw the pizza, and upon sight, I actually felt grief. This is the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen from a restaurant. I ordered a large with onions, peppers, and mushrooms, but this pizza looked like someone ACCIDENTLY put toppings on and was too lazy to take them off. All of the toppings looked like it was taken off two slices and redistributed. And the cheese barely covered all of the pizza. What an disappointing, upsetting pizza experience. I’m so thankful we had a DiGiorno in the freezer.

Not going to order Domino’s anymore sadly very low toppings for large pizzas we asked for extra pepperoni as a second topping and the results were nonsense compared to our friends regular pepperoni pizza. I’m done ordering 4rm dominos.
