I have been a customer for the past 20 years and I have always received amazing customer service. However, lately, after new management took over, this place has been suffering from rude customer service and intentional mistakes. It’s amazing such a simple thing can be so bad. I just picked up my order 10 minutes ago. Using the app, it told me I’d get notifications and I didn’t, the good was ready earlier than estimated and I had no idea. Got there an no where to park, no assigned pick up spots, no open spots period. AND they messed up my order. Zero stars. I want my tip back

Mission Viejo, la paz Domino’s. Service is awful, manager and all workers are rude, and worse service ever. After one 20 minutes we went there and they said you didn’t have any order. My friend went to pick up the food but they forgot to make the food because the food was not ready. After that they didn’t give all food we ordered and we paid.

Been here a few times…counter people always seem a little bored or not invested in job. Forgot that the standard pizza orders are usually waiting and service for those makes you wpner about how longvthey have been sitting. But, they are always hot and seem ok by Dominos standards…just an ordinary pizza…nothing special and not too expensive.

Sent me a coupon for a free pizza, but when I tried to order it, I could not get it because my order did not meet their minimum delivery of $16. I’m paying your $6 delivery fee, but you won’t honor your coupon? You won’t even let me pick it up because it’s a “delivery coupon”. Don’t offer something for free if you don’t want to honor it!
