At first I was very upset with this location. The lower management continuously hung up the phone and placed me on hold over a remake. I was being as polite as possible. My car is broken and I have 2 children under 6 at home, so going out and getting food isn’t an option right now. Thankfully the General Manager Robert resolved the problem. We should all be polite as we don’t know what someone is going through. Thank you Robert I believe you will resolve the problem within the store and thank you for resolving mine.

Ordered the handmade pan and there’s was no cheese or toppings on the entire outer crust about 2 inches, completely opposite of what the box said, lol! First time I’ve ever seen that in my life. Looked as if they were being stingy with the toppings. Franchisee needs to do better here after reading the other reviews.

Ordered 2 pizzas (May 6, 2023) and was delivered the wrong ingredients on the pizzas which I cannot eat. Tried calling the store Mgr. to reimburse me with the right items on my pizzas but after 2.5 hours of attempting to reach the Mgr. on May 6th they continue to refuse to take my call or talk to me. After 3 days of calling the Mgr. still have not received a call back to resolve their cheating me with delivering pizzas I did not order and could not eat. Worst service ever. They cheated me by giving me the wrong pizzas that I didn’t order and cannot eat then they refuse to make it right by not answering any of my numerous calls in my attempt to straighten out this incorrect order. Do not trust them with your pizza order as they obviously cannot be trusted to do the right thing for their long time customers. Save your money and go someplace else for your pizza order so you will not be cheated like I was.

Ridiculous. Tipped driver 30% at time of purchase with the simple ask of the order to be placed on a chair on my porch, yet the entire order was left on the ground in front of my house. Didn’t even have the decency to ring the door bell… just left the food on the ground for bugs to crawl on and walked away. Food was cold and gross when I found it over an hour later and no one at the store bothers to answer the phone to get a replacement. Never again with this place. Filing a charge-back on my card.

Always order from here and never have any issues. Ordered today and had to contact the store and the phone rang for over 20 mins, I ended up hanging up. Then when we went to pick up our order the guy that helped us, he was a younger guy, seemed so annoyed with us because one of the items we ordered did not look like it was supposed to be and was so unappealing. We asked if it could be remade and he took the box and tossed it on the counter out of annoyance. Like dude if you hate your job then don’t work here, cuz you are literally giving this businesses a bad rap sheet. Show some professionalism cus your customer service skills are clearly lacking

I always do the same order, half sausage half pepperoni, extra sauce and extra cheese, today I ordered one and picked it up, HOT DAMN. best pizza I’ve ever ordered from dominos. This is the first time I’ve ever felt like I got my moneys worth for the “extras”. There were only two people working in there, a lady and a gentleman and I just wanted to say thanks guys!!! I had seen the advertisements for the new tots. I ordered a cheese pizza, bacon ranch tots and a Hawaiian’ pizza. It was $50. The staff was nice, I received my order in good time, but the food was barely edible, at best! The tots were disgusting, and we threw them away. Way too heavy on the sauce, and they were a soggy mess. I gave them 3 stars because of the staff, otherwise it would be a 1 star

Ordered pizza, 3 sandwiches, and tots. Most of the order was burnt beyond belief. When we took it back the very rude manager kept saying it was just cheese, that is the way it looks. I know what burnt cheese looks like! They did redue some of the order and it looked so much better and different. The manager needs to learn customer service. Talk to people nice when they are being nice. Thank you for reduing the order.
