Soo excited! Idk what changed but my Domino’s is much much better than it used to be. I ordered a complicated pizza w special instructions 2x now and both times my pizza was on time, hot, nice looking, and most of all it was correct! Good job Domino’s, thank you for improving.

The General Manager Freddy is the best! Excellent customer, very professional. This location is top notch, my kids and I are very greatful to have this Dominos location. I have been to the surrounding locations and Freddy and his staff are the type of people we need in our customer service departments. So many locations are rude these day, not this location. They treat you like a person. I really respect that. Thank you Freddy and your staff!

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING ORDER. Bought pizza and wings paid for extra pepperoni . To make it short pizza was cold no extra pepperoni, wings were soggy, and not cooked . when I got home to eat it was about to close for pick up , but not delivery . I called and the guy that answer the phone when I ask to speak with the manager he ask May I ask reason why . I told him I don’t want to explain my self twice but I’ll tell you any way. I told him .he then told me hold on, he put me on hold and never came back to the phone . I try calling back 6 times and the phone was not answer. To my perspective that is wrong customer service, I just wanted to tell them about my food experience so they came better serve other people, but now I’m so mad that I’m taking the wings and half of the pizza back 11 wings I bought 16 . And get my money back because this is wrong.and if I don’t get my money back I will call so they can come and do inspections on them. If any of us gets sick from this I will also get a lawyer. No exceptions . I’m giving 1 star because there might be different locations with better service and cooks .

Be aware, this store does not participate in Dominos 2 min carside pickup guarantee. They stopped our timer at 30 sec and then we waited 10 more min (40 min total and they werent busy). After going inside manager said the 2 min guarantee is only a corporate and said our pizzas were still in the oven even though the ap showed them in the oven 20 min ago. Team is not using their technology correctly or purposely fixing their stats, then not willing to address this with their customers.

Ordered online and tried to pickup my order.. customer service is non-existent..they were just playing around and not even being serious about the orders..the guy behind the counter asked me for my name numerous times..I had to repeat my phone number a few times be the guy at the counter kept looking away when repeated my number..just not paying attention.. while waiting still I was asked what I ordered and my name..AGAIN..I said to myself if this guy asked me for my name again I’m done..he did and I had to just leave…poor listening skills..the other employee grabbed my wing order with his hands no gloves..one employee had bushy hair and poorly covered..

I have had issues with the dominos on west florida before with them being skimpy on the toppings and there being more crust than pizza so we switched to this domino’s. Well now I’m done ordering from dominos all together. I spent 60 dollars here, put the order in at 9:22. It said the guy left dominos with my pizza at 9:44. I watched on the tracker as he delivered other pizzas and drove back to dominos. Then proceeded to watch him drive and stop again before finally heading our way. I get that they deliver other pizzas too. The issue was that by the time he delivered the pizza it was about 10:45, an hr after he left with the order. I’m not happy that I had to reheat my pizza the night I ordered it. So that’s my rant and this place is cheap for a reason.

Horrible experience! The pizza crust we picked should have been thicker. I know because I have ordered it multiple times months ago. This location is really going down. Poor quality and we asked for light sauce which it was far from!

Delivey is always on time but this time i called at 2:10 for carryout they said it will be ready in 11-17min i get there and had to wait an extra 30 min because my 2 pizzas were not ready!! Its ridiculous
