I have been ordering from them for a minute. I honestly would like to say my order always comes out wrong or disgusting. When I try to call to make a complaint to get a refund because we spend more than 50 I accept to at least get good food. The people that work there are rude and like to put people on hold and switch between people while we try to explain what is going on. They are rude and off putting maybe places just shouldn’t hire kids.

Listen this place has tasty cheap pizza. The wait times are going to be more than 2 to 3 hours so make sure that you plan ahead. Our order was only 3 and 1/2 hours with two waits in line. They’re probably not going to get your order right either because they’re so slammed all the time. The experience was ok.

It was a pizza, I didn’t take any pix. However the customer service was great, the pizza was hot, and they have parmesan toppings that don’t come in the little packet for a $1. It’s well worth it.

Terrible staffing. I walk in and the lady behind the counter sitting on the ground having an anxiety attack while the manager is in the back listening to music not paying attention. After getting someone’s attention they seemed extremely annoyed that I’m even in the building.

Ordered a pizza that was delivered with parts of the pizza missing. I called to get a refund but was was yelled at and told not to call back and I would not receive any refund. After several attempts to talk to the manager and being hung up on, I’m fully convinced this place hires ur local crack heads to answer their phones, prepare their pizzas and deliver their food.
