Note I always order delivery, but so far all of my orders have been delivered with care and were extremely delicious. There was only one time when they called me to inform me that an item I ordered was unavailable, which I don’t fault them. So after many in-app orders, I give this place 5 stars. BUYER BEWARE! This place has low ratings because it has a poor manager. The phone number they use goes to a “call center” not to the store. You wait an hour, no delivery, no pizza, no refund, (SUCKER)! Manager says “Call the call center! Not my fault (SUCKER).” You should try Little Ceasars. They are nearby. Report this to the Better Business Bureau and your bank for fraud, AND FIRE THIS DUMBO DOMINO’S MANAGER! But don’t yell at him. His mother dropped him on his head when he was a baby. Get the message??? The good reviews below were all written by him. If you look carefully you can see his employees behind him gigging and nodding as they read this. They know.

pizza was good and reasonably quick. You offer a contactless delivery. I checked that. In the additional comments I asked that you don’t ring the doorbell and that you leave the food. I do this every time. Every time you ring the doorbell. For a $5.99 delivery fee and a 20% tip this isn’t an unreasonable request. With the increase in prices it’s come to a point where we won’t order any more.

They mess up every time. Not understanding how hard it is to put 2 toppings on a pizza. By the time I got home and we sat down to eat, we realized our 2 topping pizza was missing sausage. Quality control just isn’t there. It wasn’t worth the time calling to complain or drive it back to make them fix it. If you’re going to order from here, always check your order before leaving!

Not only was the pizza amazing and a amaszing price the handsome young man named Aidan made my pizza and then when he handed it to me he kissed me on the forehead and said do you need help getting home and slid me his number. 10/10 experience! Could not recommend enough give this man a raise!!

Every order I get from the dominos on 650 Douglas Dr is always wrong. It is very frustrating having to call and go through the long recordings to speak to someone & for them to hang up. & when they do answer ,a customer has to go back and pick up the “correct order” or have it delivered but wait 30+ minutes.
