This location does not honor their 2 minute curbside delivery guarantee that they advertise. Upon arrival they stopped the timer within 11 seconds but I had to drive to the window where they then told me they forgot to bring out the order after 10 minutes . When asked to speak to a manager regarding the free pizza from the guarantee the employee made it out like I was looking for a handout and that the manager was convenientely on a break. Bad business

Had the Dominos in Douglas Dr and it was great. I tried the one by the San Luis Rey gate to save some time. I waited a long time in the drive through line because they do not allow customers to walk in. The employee kept chatting with his buddy in the car ahead of me who did not even have a pizza ready. When I pulled up to the window they ignored me until finally a nice employee who just clocked in greeted me and gave me my pizza. When I got home 10 minutes later, the pizza was cold, cut completely lopsided and had very few toppings. This place is ran by clowns.

I’m giving a two star on poor customer service. I placed an order that I wanted them to leave at the door and I signed up for text alert so I can know when they left the food. I never got text or not even a knock on the door and so when I check to see if it was ever delivered, I saw my order covered with flies because it had been sitting there for minute. I tried to call the store but no one has answered. Do better please

I ordered Honolulu pizza online, picked it up, got pizza with only half pepperoni and half jalapeños. Ask them about they got it wrong our ordered, orange haired woman gave us an attitude kept telling us “but the receipt says this, and we make pizza from this so i don’t know” when it says correctly on my confirmation email and we even showed email but she was keep ignoring it and said they’re not wrong. We’re not buying anything from here anymore. Some workers were normal but the quality is so bad.

My order was canceled and we waited for 2.5hrs to find it was canceled but we went to the store talk to the supervisor and find out that it was cancelled and fully refunded us and we retake our order and gave us. Satisfaction. Services thank you I forgot your name good job keep it up

On several occasions, they push on the app that we have received our order only for us to wait in the parking spot for another 20 min before I have to go to the window and ask them about it. Then we are told it will “be out in 5 min”. Should have been out when they pushed in the app that we had our food. Complete waste of time since I could drive a half hour somewhere else and still get pizza quicker than here. Food is fine. Finally got two dudes that were actually able to help me

Twice I’ve ordered delivery, and I guess this is partially my fault for not checking, but they gave me someone else’s order on 2 separate occasions. 1st time, I had to drive up to the window to get my order, completely defeating the purpose of ordering delivery. The second time I called, they said they were remaking it and delivering it, and they never showed. Wasn’t worth calling over again. I order occasionally when I’m wiped out after work, so at this point I feel more taken advantage of because I’m too tired to deal with them. And watch this never get addressed too, just like how they say “they’re fixing” the problem but never do. I get it, accidents happen, but the same issue more than once is a trend

I’ve been here several times where I’ve waited at the window for 10 or 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Usually restaurants will let you know they’re working on getting your order to you but not this one. My order was ready a long time ago sitting right next to the window and I had already paid online so it just needed to be handed to me but no one even cared to ask me, just watched me from inside.

Probably the worst Dominos I’ve ever ordered from. 12 pies you would have thought there would have been effort and hot pizzas delivered. 90+ mins for an order to be delivered before lunch time is unacceptable.

Tonight, I received an old pepperoni pizza. Pineapple was new/ uncooked on top. I’m not sure why the Domino’s app claimed my order was in the oven after I bought my pizza when it was obviously in the oven at least a couple of hours ago. I had never had this problem before.
