Ordered my food online. First off, the manager called to inform they were down 2 drivers for the evening and requested grace of 15 min to make the delivery. Good way inform me as the customer. The food arrived, as promised and one of the pizzas inadvertently got delivered at the previous delivery. The manager and driver quickly communicated and made the delivery right with a few additions for the inconvenience. Outstanding customer service, and excellent communication. I would highly recommend.

This place is a joke. We had a office Meeting and we order pizza for all the staff, order was place @11:30am and pizza was delivered 1:30pm all cold and burn as u can see in the pictures.We called to follow up on our order and we where on the phone on wait for 1 hour and nothing was resolved as they could not get a hold of the store and no supervisor was available. One had the supervisor from our job go after work to resolve the issue but the staff was rude and they told her they could not do nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ITS A JOKE so unprofessional and rude.

Jamal, the manager, is unprofessional and unqualified to hold this position. On Saturday at approximately four in the afternoon, I placed an internet order, but I had trouble getting a discount. He asked what he could do, and I said that anything would be helpful. However, he then informed me that he was too busy to assist me and suggested me to go onlineto complain if I wanted to. His conduct as a manager particularly astounded me. My prior interactions with the Balboa branch werebetter in comparison with the one close to my house. Other than that, the ladywho assisted me before I was able to talk with the manager on the phone was kind.
