Thank you to the manager at felicita domino’s for the free coupon really appreciate it. I’ve been getting pizza here for a long time usually my wife orders it this time it was my turn. The staff were very friendly, everything was very clean, they do a very good teamwork, my little girl was delighted to see how they prepare the pizza, she asked the preparers guy was doing and they responded very kindly. I ordered 2 medium pizza and a salad, everything is delicious, the prices and bundle meal are at good price. In my opinion we must have a little patience while waiting for our order. The time I was waiting for my order I look at how they prepare the order and I was looking how the delivery guy make the order him self to deliver the order on time, because the another have many order to do. Always good pizza! But the last time I ordered for pickup a weird thing happened that has shaken my faith in mankind. I ordered on the app and it opened the Pizza Tracker and said that my pizza was being prepared. A couple of minutes later, it said my pizza was “in the oven.” About 10 minutes later, I set out for the store, which was a 5 or 6 minute drive. I parked and walked inside (I was the only customer there) and the guy told me that my pizza was put in the oven “just now” and would be ready in about 8 minutes. I was shocked, since the Pizza Tracker said it was in the oven over 15 minutes ago. I told the guy this and he said they’d just gotten a lot of orders and that “the Pizza Tracker isn’t always accurate.” What?! NOT always accurate? I was floored, I mean there are few things you can count on these days, but I have always trusted the Dominos Pizza Tracker. I learned the truth about Santa Claus, then the Easter Bunny, found out diet soda actually DOES taste different from regular, and now this belief in Dominos is shattered too. Oh well, I eventually got my pizza and it was really good.

My son and I each ordered the $5.99 mix and match pizza. I had a pepperoni sausage thin crust pizza which was surprisingly terrific! I love their new thin crust and my pizza was simply fantastic! They had originally said it would be delivered in about 45 minutes but it took just a few minutes longer.

Although they were short staffed and my order was a few minutes late, they gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Domino’s. Before deciding to go there, I had first placed an online order to the domino’s on Lincoln Ave in Escondido. I got there and the pizza order was still on a order received status. This was 25 mins after I placed the order. I went to go check in and the doors were locked but 3 employees were inside. Apparently they had closed and canceled my order when I let them know I had paid for it online. Anyway, the domino’s here was super polite and the pizza was made perfect. I am definitely going there from now on.

This is now the 3rd time i have had an issue with this location and so now I write a review as I have reported the previous times to management and nothing has changed. Pizza was late, cold and poor quality. It seems this is how they do business and its disappointing. Wont be ordering from here going forward.
