This store is disgusting, the food comes with hair and very greasy. The health situation of this store is terrible. I don’t know if she is the manager but there is an employee named Chelsy who is very rude to clients, super unprofessional and unhelpful, if you (Chelsy) don’t like that job then quit and look for something that makes you happy, clients are not to blame for your mistakes of your life. I do not recommend this site at all. Please do not eat in this place, value your money and health above all.

Domino’s Pizza is a chain, however what sets them apart from other chains is their service. I can’t say enough good things about Mark and his team at the Las Tunas location. Mark is very professional and courteous as are all of the drivers that I have encountered. Thanks again Mark for taking excellent care of your team and all your customers!

Honesty Is Best
Please do not eat from this Dominos. I waited almost 3 hours for my delivery and I call. The employees hung up on me and was so rude. There’s no respect there. If a company have employees like this I rather go else where. It’s not right. And my food didn’t taste right when I got it. Who knows what they did to it. It was on a Sunday night around 6:30. I’m so upset for paying my hard earn money to a company that do not want the business and have very rude employees. Please people take your business somewhere else. To another company or place that accepts it and give better service. Not here at this location.

Went in last week to grab some pizza for my family I just want to say Shelsey is very friendly and makes you feel like a guest not just a customer. I ordered from this Dominos yesterday hoping to have a quick lunch before getting ready to work and was extremely disappointed. I placed the order at 2:44 pm and the tracker said it would take about 80-90 minutes to arrive, a bit long, but I was alright with that. Then 90 minutes came and I saw that the pizza tracker was showing that my pizza was still not in the oven so I decided to call the store to see if there was an issue or if they were busy but every time I called it would ring for a while before hanging up after a minute or so. This occurred about 5-6 times before I gave up. Around 4:30 pm I decided to order food from another place as I didn’t think I would receive my pizza for whatever reason. At around 4:44 pm while waiting for my other food to be delivered I received a notification that my food was finally in the oven. By 5 pm my other food was delivered and I ate and got ready for work. The pizza was finally delivered at 5:25 pm which was TWO HOURS AND FORTY-ONE minutes LATER. The quality of the pizza and wings was terrible to add to the annoyance as the pizza was flat like cardboard and overcooked and the wings were barely covered in bbq sauce. I’m usually an understanding person who if told that if this place was understaffed I would be really reasonable and have no qualms but they didn’t reach out or anything. I would never order from here again and advise others to order from a different Domino’s. I reached out to customer service and I’m still waiting to hear back from them.

Went for a walk and tried to order the pizza with the app but it wasn’t working. Had to wait till I got to the location and order it then. I just wished I could have ordered it online so it would be ready when I got there what’s the point of an online app if it doesn’t work? Passed a Papa John’s and I was tempted to stop by and get pizza there. Maybe next time if I have problems again with the app.
