I use to always order from dominos but stopped because the delivery was always late .the last time we did delivery we never got our order. After 2 hours of waiting I called to cancel and they stated it was on its way and should be here in half hour, obviously the order was not processed and they were just about to do it. Un installed the app. This was about 1 year ago, my son wanted dominos so I opened up the app again and ordered, this time I picked up. Got there 10 minutes after the time they gave me to arrive and my order was still not ready. They asked me to still wait 10 additional minutes. Once my order was finally given to me I realized that half my order was not there. I went back in and the gave it to me. When I got home and opened the boxes most of the order was wrong. Our pizzas were all over the place and semi cold, the tots were not what we ordered and wings were the wrong kind. Uninstalled app and NEVER AGAIN will order domino’s!!!

Ordered online, once I get the notification that my pizza was in the oven, I drive over, and on the way I get the order ready notification, they couldn’t find my order and then said it was just being made, and i get an alert it’s in the oven again, waited 40 min and still nothing, then I check the tracker again and it said it was ready 40 min ago, I go to the counter and they can’t find one of my items, but they’ll refund me, but the manager currently isn’t in, so I have to come back on my own time to get my money back.

First time using the app to place a order and after reading a lot of bad reviews about this store,decided to give it a try anyways.because not everyone has the same experience.so we tracked our order through the app and when everything was complete we went and picked it up.when I walked in (this was around noon or so) the girl was alone and there were a lot of orders coming in but thankfully ours was ready and I was in and out in a few minutes.i didn’t get her name but hopefully her day got a lil easier and steady.everything was good and correct

Never have I had the worst customer service ever specially the manager, Jennifer stupid girl she need to be fired I ordered over the phone and paid but when I got there she said I need to pay again when I ask why and I showed her I paid on my bank statement she still refuse to give me my food then they refunded me my money I would give no stars, but I had to give one

This location is open until midnight and has a sign in the window that says open. However it is only 10:45 pm and they will are refusing to take pick up orders, saying that they are only open for delivery.

And literally gave it a one star just to comment but if you ask for a WELL DONE! PIZZA they’re going to give you a burn pizza especially if you complaint. Go to pizza hut or any other local pizza places this place is not even welcoming.

I have never ordered from this store. I called in my order for carry out. I went to pick it up and everything was ready. The cinnamon twist were great the pasta primavera was excellent. The pizza was NOT good. I ordered a hand tossed large with half pepperoni and half cheese. It was way overdone! The pepperoni was burnt and the cheese side was just as bad.

Third time we order from here and have had an issue. First time the order said delivered and there was no order in sight. Had to call in and was told it was still on its way. Second time we ordered for curbside and they stop the timer before the two minutes so you don’t get the free pizza. And tonight, same thing, the order said delivered and it was no where in sight. I called Dominos and someone answered and said “my manager said if it’s not there in five or six minutes to call back.” I get every one is under staffed and I would rather accept the real time more than being mislead by the timer and trying to figure out if my order was delivered elsewhere or if it’s going to show up at all. Last time we ordered from here for sure. Three chances was more than enough to see if this is a one off time or a reoccurring issue here.

Recently gave this place two stars but now it’s one star, even then thats generous. Food is fine but the service is terrible. They constantly say your order is ready but on numerous occasions I’ve had to wait for them to START my order even though says complete on the tracker cause they say “we forgot” when most likely they give it away to someone else. The assistant manager, or Jennifer, is a poor excuse of a worker let alone management personnel! She gets mad and annoyed when you call her out on her mistakes and gets mad and yells and her employees who you can clearly tell are new to the job and don’t know what they’re doing (which they’re new so I don’t blame them). But her attitude, service, and work ethic is a joke, and as a manager at my own job I can say that the way she treats her employees is embarrassing and shameful. I hate to be a Karen but you can bet I’m going to call and make a complaint to the area manager because she needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. She should be ashamed
