I came in an hour before closing, and they made my pizza within 10 minutes. Parking is hard to find around here, not great, and there is no seating inside or outside, only food to go. Also, there are no bathrooms. The pizza was good, though.

I placed an order with the West Hollywood store this afternoon and it was a disastrous experience all around. First of all, the order was incorrect, missing items and when I called the store I was greeted by a very rude “manager” who hung up on me. They refused to correct the order and/or give a refund. In this age of PC, we have to answer to the underlings. Beyond ridiculous. I will never order from there again – my boyfriend is also writing to their corporate headquarters.

This is the second time I waited over an hour just to have them cancel my order. If you’re not going to make or delivery my order just make the cut off time earlier. Instead, we are left waiting for pizza that will never show up! I could have ordered Uber eats and it would have gotten here by now.

Clarissa the manager responded immediately to my complaint and offered a refund so with that part no problem. My hotel is very close to the restaurant yet my pizza was ice cold and I ordered thin crust but this was like eating a dried piece of cardboard with no sauce and burnt cheese. I really have no words for it. It’s like literally eating the pizza box that’s how bad it is

Yesterday I went to the Domino’s in lacienega BLV to order the food, cashier was a lady that told me a large pizza with five topping is 10.99 and they put this on the wall also. I ordered a large pizza with garlic cheese bread, and wings BBQ and 2 sprites, she charged me $32.99. When I say it shouldn’t be that much, she said I didn’t include the tax she said something that I felt embarrassed to ask again. I paid and when I saw the recipe, she changed me $22.99 for the pizza. Do not do that please again to others. I will never go to the Domino’s for get the food and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Usually we get really good service… today it was awful and it was all because the young lady that took the order was in too MUCH RUSH!! I understand they need to take order fast but when fast mean not taking the order right and when I received the 2 pizzas and called to let them know it was not what we ordered, she argued with me that I did not say PAN PIZZA!! I have 2 witnesses that was standing by my side and I did say that. She then added (in A HURRY) that they would make 2 pan pizza and I would have to pay the difference… why? because she did not take the time to listen? Nope, not happening! Lousy customer service
