I visited this Dominoes when waiting for my pizza I saw the young girl blow her nose never washed her hands. Then she wiped her nose with back of her hand and started making pizzas and never washed her hands.

It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten Dominos. Today, I hit a home run with their Pasta Primavera dish! It was AWESOME! A good meal for around ten bucks (including a soda) is nice to get. Value AND quality! Since I work over on Newlands about two minutes from Dominos, you can bet I’ll be back and trying ALL of their Pasta dishes!! Good job, Fernley Dominos Crew!!!!!

Normally I don’t have an issue with this location. But the other day when it was storming real bad and the pass was shut down I was told when my pizza arrived that they didn’t have my bread twists and that they would write my number down and give them to me at a layer date. I called to order them today along with a pizza and got told that it was never written down and they couldn’t honor it. Not happy with that kind of customer service.

Just had the absolutely worst food I have ever eaten. The cheese bread was ok, BUT could only eat 2 bites of their horrible pizza. And Do Not waste your money on those tasteless cardboard tots.

Had an awful night and needed something to eat after my shift. The staff at this location were amazing, even after I arrived practically at closing. Very sweet and handled my order with care. TIP your local dominoes

I’ve ordered 5 times from this place it just opened and it was great the first 2 orders…. However the 3rd time they left mushrooms (can’t eat them) in my pasta they made it right sending a new one. however the 4th time it happened again I didn’t even want to call because I didn’t want them to get annoyed even though it was their mistake so I just went without eating although my husband enjoyed his pizza. Also I ordered 2 wing orders and they forgot the sauce that came with them. Yesterday I ordered carryout thinking I might have better luck once again their pizza is good according to my husband (I don’t eat pizza myself). They forgot the wing sauce but I reminded them and they provided me with it and when I got home I found my pasta was correct however it barely had any alfredo sauce( to the point that it was just noodles onions and bacon dryer than you can imagine) Then my husband informed me he couldn’t barely tell if they put bbq sauce on our bbq pizza… The staff has always been nice I just hate having to call when something is messed up it makes me feel like a karen…. So far they batted 2 out of 5 for me.

Their delivery guy that drives the Durango, is so disrespectful! He drive through the neighborhood and the apartments way too fast! Plus his music vibrates your house at midnight! He has woken my children on numerous occasions because of this music. We have called and complained to the manager who thinks it’s funny. Next time does Sheriff will be called. Pizza taste old and like cardboard.

I ordered two medium, two topping pizzas, with a pasta Primavera bowl and the spinach and feta cheesy bread. My order arrives and the pizzas are as they should but the pasta bowl was just chicken and sauce, and they didn’t put spinach or the feta in my cheesy bread. I called and the manager was kind and remade the order to be sent out. I was unable to answer the door and the delivery driver took my order back to the store. When I called the driver, he was immediately disrespectful and was upset that I hadn’t heard him ring the doorbell. I called the manager, again, and he was able to offer me a full refund. Very disappointed as this seems to be the normal at this store. Aside from the manager and his willingness to make it right, I wouldn’t consider ever ordering from here again.
